Chris was great, he fixed my issue and even helped me set up my T-Mobile app. He also helped me setup my home internet. He made the buying process so much easier! He genuinely cared and thats why I stick with T-Mobile!!!

Bad customer service, all they care about is selling phones. I have a question about moving pics oh who cares it always errors out, so what just buy a new phone. They know nothing about the iPhone 12 but I’ll sell u the iPhone 15

Chris Medina went above and beyond helping me and my daughters switch from Verizon to T Mobile. His co workers were trying to have him help other people and he stuck by me and my daughters giving us the exceptional customer service needed. So happy to be part of T Mobile team now.

I visited the Swampscott, MA T-Mobile store. I spoke with a staff member names Chris. He was so thoughtful and answered my questions in such a clear and concise way. There were other customers in the store, but he made me feel that I was important and nothing was a problem. I certainly will continue as a T-Mobile customer and people like him are a major asset!(He needs a raise!!!) Thank you.R A L

What is very happy switching over to T-Mobile after being a customer for almost 20 years at Verizon. It got to the point at Verizon. I couldn't get any customer service help and the bill kept escalating about every three months to the point where I was looking at my phone and asking myself is it worth paying the exorbitant amount of money that I'm paying, I want to T-Mobile and the guy there actually explained everything I told him my situation and he was very patient and said let's see what we could do. Although ultimately, I ended up buying the phone and switching the service over using T-Mobile corporate basically over the phone. The person I talk to was instrumental in having me do so, I ended up getting a plan for 55 and over the magenta plan and it was $50 a month and that includes my iPhone 14 which I had an iPhone 6 before then. and I have gone back to T-Mobile Swampscott location afterwards to ask some questions about my phone and no matter how busy they were. They always answered the questions quickly and help me out. I highly recommend T-Mobile if you're getting tired of those companies such as AT&T and Verizon who once they sign, you don't give a shit about you, it's just about how much more money can they get from you and they would rather get a new customer then retain an old one. Will stay with T-Mobile at least 20 years I'm sure if not for good highly recommend one last thing. If you have any questions you can go on your phone and there's always somebody there to work with you to help you with any problems that you have without having to wait hours to talk to someone. So what I'm saying is they have great customer service again five stars and I highly recommend they will give you what you asked for at a good price.

Bought latest phone here a few months back, very helpful staff. Went back yesterday with a question on one of the phone features. Nick was very clear in explaining the feature and then was nice enough to do the changes I was asking about. Really recommend the T Mobile team at this location ?

Shavonne was AMAZING! I had a crazy hectic day that was filled with road blocks when it came to getting a new phone. She made the whole experience much easier and was helpful the whole time. Answered all my questions and found the answers to those that I thought had none. Really awesome personality and hope to see her again if I run into anymore phone troubles!
