Customer service good but if you get a pink drink, chai tea or any thing that has to do with cream or milk. They’ll mess it up and your drink would taste like your drinking just milk. It’s only this Starbucks can you guys please train them how to make those drinks one of my friends literally just told me the same. Actually allot of people I know are saying the same thing and I don’t mean this in the slightest offense but we just want our drinks to taste like how they’re suppose to.

I frequently order via the app. The staff is friendly and invariably gets my orders right, and they are almost always ready when I arrive.

Service at the counter is kinda slow, focusing on Drive Thru is apparently the reason. Coffee is always top notch.

Don’t take me wrong usually this store is not bad but today this Sam the boy at this star bucks Was not willing to fix the drink when I told him this is not the right one then when he realize I was right he rolled his eyes and just added some more lemonade to my drink good thing it came out good .. just please be more respectful we pay for the drinks abs foods ..

This place never gets cleaned. I've been an out of town regular guest of this location for about 2 weeks. There is still bits of trash all around that haven't moved during this time. The toilets are especially bad. Terrible management to say the least. Heads need to roll.

Ordered vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it was insanely bitter. Asked them to remake it and it came out the same way. Someone else had just returned their coffee and asked for a refund. I don’t know what’s going on, but I won’t be spending another $5 on a coffee there ever again.

I frequently come to this Starbucks And talk to the baristas. They've been so kind to me, it's honestly the customers that's the problem. It is the baristas fault for having a broken machine or when they run out of food or any supplies they've needed.a lot of the time people will take drinks without reading them and the baristas have to make the drink again, also what I've noticed from other people is they give attitude to the baristas even though the baristas are kind and say "sorry can I remake that for you". Then there's the expectation that 10 drinks can be made in a minute. I want other people to be in there shoes before they say anything mean to them. This place deserves more than what it gets!!!!

Service is terrible here, the server made the wrong drink and suggested that it was my fault! Did replace it but clearly had no concept of customer experience! Won’t be back.

I’ve recently moved to Swampscott, Massachusetts. Usually, I am a small shop coffee goer, however I find myself in vinnin square quite often. I decided to try Starbucks for the very first time this past year. Not only was the treatment, speed, and the management at this establishment completely unprofessional. It was clear to me there was many health code violations— such as, rags clearly full of whatever substances the counters shed. Steaming pitchers faced down on counters, food being made on clearly dirty countertops. I once ordered coffee here to find a hair strand inside. Although, I am not a big person to complain. I brought it up corporate and all I was granted was an $8 recovery card. I’ve heard unsuspecting rumors that this location closed down for having roaches, and mice. Not only that, the issue of roaches is not solved. I would never step foot in this Starbucks again.
