I won't be coming back to this location. I've never honestly seen breed discrimination until the cashier today. He apparently has never seen a puppy or an excited one at that. My dog was completely quiet in line and was even saying hi to people. She literally made a small yelp and lunge to play with another dog and the next thing i know, I'm being told by the cashier, that I should bring her out. Instead of finishing his job, he proceeded to tell me twice more to move her out. She didnt growl, bark or do anything but puppy yelp to play. I ignored him each time. Had her sit and we left. She's literally starting training and is a week out from being fixed. Shame on her for being an excited puppy. He was staring at a 6month old like it was gonna bother him or hurt him as soon as she walked in. I guess the hate for pits is real. This happened around 3. The weirdo with the man bun needs to honestly find some other work besides retail.

There was a spill in the isle that my dog had stepped in and caused a SEVERE reaction, had to take him to the vet. We've racked up some massive bills, not to mention the pain my dog has been in. Keep your store managed better!

The store is always nice and clean. The isles are always neat so everything is much easier to find quickly. The employees are always pleasant, friendly and helpful.

all around amazing location! Amanda helped me find the right collars and food for my new afghan hound and chihuahua. I will definitely bring chee-chee and puxxy here for grooming some time soon! I also was able to buy a fish on the spot who I named Arson. 10/10 service

Vet clinic at Swampscott inside Vet Co is horrible they were rude and lazy. They did not want to take my pet because she had a little growl. Ridiculous rude vet as well as vet tech will not be back please do not bring your pet here worst experience ever never going back lost a loyal customer. Also have horrible services please if you care about your pet avoid at all costs. Also traveld 30 minutes each way just to find out she couldn’t be vaccinated Insane this place really sucks.

Easy to navigate the store, great selection, fair prices, and fast check out. Every time I've interacted with a staff member, they seem to be enthusiastic and knowledgable about the products.

I was gifted a betta fish and had no idea what I was doing but Erin and her manager (who's name I didn't catch) did an amazing job showing me what I needed as well as gave me great tips on how to take care of the fish in! 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve grown to love this Petco. The staff are super amazing, always smiling and welcoming my pet family. We have 3 bearded dragons, a ball python, a ferret, three dogs, fishes, cats etc. well obviously not all in my home but between the kids dads house and my home we have many pets and This is where we shop for our pets. Shout out to Lindy, Ashley and Jeff for always making me smile when I am sad. Outstanding customer services and super helpful when it comes to pet products, we’ve saved hundreds due to their help and is why we will spend hundreds more at their store. Our pets love them! Xoxoxo you guys rock!
