“Amazing place! One of the places in Salem that aren't super geared towards tourists. No wands or harry potter T shirts. They have a lot of art from local artists and a wide selection of oddities, clothes and body products. The employee who helped us was really helpful and lovely and the music is there was really nice. We came from flying saucer who was only playing Taylor Swift, so it was a breath of fresh air lol”

“Carson is awesome! He has fixed multiple expensive watches for me, even a little desk clock. Then I was looking for a place to size a ring and come to find out he does that too! He takes the best care of every piece too, you know whatever you take there will be returned in pristine condition which is so great for peace of mind. Lastly he’s also helped me out with taking pictures of inner workings of watches for reference. I highly recommend this place for all your jewelry/watch related needs!”

“Joseph Gann Jewelers is the best. We have worked with Matt Gann since 2010 on 4 rings: An heirloom blue sapphire and a ruby that were each set into pre-existing settings and (a decade later) a tourmaline and white sapphire that were set into custom mounts. Each of these rings is beautiful and the finished product suits each stone perfectly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Matt Gann: He is the epitome of trust and courtesy; we have never felt rushed through the selection process; and when we brought in less conventional gemstones for setting (a huge tourmaline and a white/blue-gray sapphire) there was a great feeling of collaboration and mutual respect. Without needing to say much, Matt understood our vision as well as each gemstone's unique properties. In other words, he allowed/allows everyone to shine! I receive tons of compliments on my tourmaline ring (from 2021) The setting had to be designed and made from scratch to accommodate the stone. The result is stunning. The design is Joseph Gann, and it's perfect! Don’t be afraid to go custom! It’s worth it! When we picked up our most recent collaboration earlier this month (a white sapphire ring in an art-deco style) I was overwhelmed with joy…it was gorgeous and much more opulent than I expected for a simple setting (hard to capture in photos). I wear all four rings from Joseph Gann on regular ‘rotation’ and with each one so different from the other, it’s hard to believe that they come from the same jeweler. However, there is one thing common to them all: Outstanding Quality. We are so pleased to have Joseph Gann as our jeweler and look forward to working with Matt Gann again in the near future.”

“I went there on Wednesday 12/27, trying to figure out the perfect stones for my journey. The staff was nothing more than wonderful! They were patient, kind, considerate, and extremely professional. They were the greatest help on my quest and it made my entire trip worth it! I found the perfect stones and THEN SOME! I found EVERYTHING I could possible want and more. I must have spent over an hour looking at all the precious items in that store and I felt NO PRESSURE ( I had felt bad because I didn’t want to feel like a burden or a pest), in fact, they encouraged me and helped me with any thought or question that came into my mind, and I was definitely scatterbrained that day. I ended up with a HUGE collection of awesome stones and automatically started to feel their presence. The staff on shift on Wednesday and Tuesday were the best. The prices were great too because you got your bang for your buck and still could go back for more and not break the bank!
