Very unprofessional!!! A lady trying to check out and at the same time going back and forth to the dressing rooms, while people are in line. I didn't wait too long but if I had waited I would have stayed there for 30 minutes. Very unprofessional of the cashier not to have the customer step aside while there is people in line. Also, not one hello to the customers coming in.

The store was a hot mess and there was absolutely no customer service at all. I let myself into a fitting room that was filled with clothes. The store was also very dirty. The employees did not seem like they wanted to be there. They were behind the counter talking. This location is close to my home but I would rather go the mall then shop there again.

Super friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful store that's broken up between an adults side (men & women) & the kids side (babies thru like early elementary). It's located in a lil strip mall which has plenty of free parking. FYI: the Swampscott store closes at 8:30pm every night.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Good selection for children. There is a good selection of jeans in the women's department. I bought a pair. They fit great and they are so comfortable.

Beautiful space. Great location. Cutting-edge inventory. Awesome sales. Nice rewards perks. Friendly staff. Location and staff need to be more attentive to changing room upkeep: some broken fixtures, and dusty shelves in the rooms themselves, was very surprising. 4/5 Stars
