“One of the best Marshalls I have been to in the Boston/Greater Boston area. It’s very well maintained. Everything is in its place, neatly organised, good merchandise. All of this elevates the shopping experience. I found cute stuff for good price here. I’d recommend to inspect the quality though. One of the tops that I bought which was extremely pretty had stitches come off on one side. Had to return it unfortunately.”

“Ladies, don't let it harsh your mellow when using the dressing room which feels like a disorganized pile of laundry. I was finally pleased to find some deals in swimwear. Although I purchased the shoes I chose, I felt disappointed that the price was higher than what I understood from the posted sticker. My shopping experience could've been improved if the cashier understood English, or I guess if I learned Spanish to go there. Sephora is organized nicely in here. The bus stop at the door is very convenient.”

I've visited independently on and off for 8 years and the quality keeps on getting better, as does the customer service. This is a popular store. I went at peak times due to my schedule and also to the Marshalls next to, time permitting. I found leather Zina's for summer under $30 last visit. The person ringing me out seemed impressed I found great items. I enjoyed the check out experience. They are a great team there.”

“The Marshalls on Orleans is large with lots of merchandise. However the prices seemed a little higher than others. Perhaps due to being middle of vacation season. Everyone was helping and polite!”

“I purchased a few dresses trying to find the right fit. I returned the ones that didn’t work and kept one I kinda like until I found the right one for my son event. I went tonight to return the one I kinda like as I found a better option and was told I was out of the 30 day window. Dress was in the original package with tags . Customer service said I could have a store credit so I took it as it was there policy and what could I do. when I went to the parking lot my receipt said$53 when I spent $119. I went back inside and the customer service said that’s all they would give me. I called customer service and was told to ship the dress back and when they receive it they will determine credit? I don’t understand there solution how can I ship a dress and hope for a credit for unknown amount. Thank goddess there was a supervisor Christina who was not only very polite empathetic and want returning a used dress several months later this was a new dress . She was able to refund my card and because of this there is still humans in customer service who understand we are not all a policy . I am a mom on a fixed income trying to look nice for my son communion on a budget and don’t have time to shop so I order a few dresses hoping to find a fit. I will return to Macy again but only because Christina changes my mind

They are very supportive and provide necessary information to guild clients here.All designers are on sales with discount from 25% to 50% off all sales. You can have lovely shoes, ties, shorts, tshirts, polo, pants, perfume, Jean's, suit's etc.”

“The organization here has gotten significantly better! What a great store. Customers continue to ruin the store by opening things, but it's not the staffs fault. The store was very clean overall.
