The equipment is high quality and varied. Claudia is friendly, with great energy and a professional demeanor. Her knowledge base is wide; she knows what she’s doing. All you have to do is show up and do the work! If your fitness journey has stalled out or you just don’t know how to get started, Club Vital Fitness will put you right on track. Highly recommend! Claudia and her team of trainers are absolutely fantastic! When I went in for my initial consultation with Claudia I was 214lbs and after several months of working with her and changing my diet, I was able to lose 43lbs.

Claudia and her team of trainers are absolutely fantastic! When I went in for my initial consultation with Claudia I was 214lbs and after several months of working with her and changing my diet, I was able to lose 43lbs. I have worked most with Claudia and Shelley but all of the trainers here are wonderful. There is a solid foundation of support and encouragement and there is no better feeling than having Claudia take your measurements and seeing how much you have improved. Club Vital gets two thumbs up from me, 10 out of 10, and 5 stars! I cannot recommend them enough. Joining was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I love this place! Have been training with Claudia and team now for almost a year and am so happy! I've worked out during my full pregnancy to stay strong, and am now in recovery and have lost 25 lbs and still counting! Claudia has changed my life!

Club vital fitness is a great fitness studio! All of the instructors are passionate about exercise. I have been going to this studio for almost 2 years. I look forward to working out. In the past I would lose interest. It is a comfortable,non judgement studio. Give it a try!

I started training with Claudia and Derek a month ago and it is the best thing that I have done for myself in years...my single only regret is not going into CVF sooner! I am now 4.5 months pregnant and Claudia and Derek have been able to be sensitive to my pregnancy but inspire me to work hard and I'm actually seeing results already! I have more energy, am sleeping better, and am getting stronger with each session. I'm even starting to see the 'right things' begin to tone up! Claudia and Derek are very flexible to work with my schedule and offer interesting and creative workouts (all different every time I go, and I go 3 x a week) that keep me engaged and excited! I'm also learning more about my body and what works best and have found that my overall health and happiness have improved. I can't say enough about this business...just go-it's so worth it!

My husband and I have been doing personal training sessions with Claudia at Club Vital Fitness and we couldn't be more pleased! The facility is fantastic with a diverse, carefully curated range of high-end machines and exercise gear. Claudia is extremely warm, knowledgeable, and motivating--the three most important characteristics for a personal trainer. I was a serious collegiate athlete back in the day and I have worked with several personal trainers, so I can confirm that Claudia is top notch. My husband (bless his heart) has barely exercised a day in his life. Claudia somehow manages to keep our spirits and heart rates up, while customizing each of our workouts to our individual fitness levels. It's not an easy thing to do, but she does it! Also, she's just really nice (which is not always the case with trainers). The personal training rates for partner sessions are very reasonable, so I highly recommend trying to work out with a buddy if you can!

Whenever I am in the North Shore, I take Mary Pat's spin classes. She really focuses on technique and will help you improve your cycling form. I always leave feeling like I had a great workout!

I recently took a spinning and barre class at Club Vital Fitness with a Groupon I found online. Lisa was so positive and motivating that the class was really fun! The new owner, Claudia, is really passionate about creating a friendly environment to achieve good fitness results. I've just signed up for a personal training session and I'm excited to work with Derek.
