Don has a few things to learn about customer service. I did my homework and was ready to buy a shed. I brought my wife in to pick out colors etc. and this guy was clearly in no mood to help answer questions. I ended up going to a different shed dealer in Worcester that was much better to work with.

Called to buy a smaller pre built shed I viewed online, had met the next day and paid for it and had it delivered less than a week. Delivery was smooth and problem free. Love our shed from Skips! Helped us set someone up to get prepared for the arrival of our shed as well, delivery of the shed was smooth and seamless. Love our shed and will be visiting again for some outdoor dining furniture!

I would highly recommend Skip's Outdoor Accents. I bought a shed and they were great in assisting and giving helpful pointers as I designed it. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The deliver driver Branden was excellent. He was very skilled and professional. I live in a very tight close neighborhood with not a lot of space. Brendan expertly delivered and placed my shed perfectly. He took time to see that everything was perfect. Brenden was great taking care and pride in his work. I would highly recommend Skip's Sheds. My tire blew and had to pull in to park to exchange my tire. Super friendly staff i felt so bad leaving car but owner was super nice and didn't add to my stress. Staff seemed very informative with clients that came in while i waited..alot of selection available on lot.
