Terrible place, scratches paint on vehicles, doesn’t clean tires and owner is also just awful, yelled at my grandfather cause he’s 80 and didn’t know how to use the machine

Felt rushed for the pre-rinse. My car is brand new, 3 weeks off the lot with ceramic coating. I now have two gashes in my driver side door as this is the first non-saber like wash I've gone through since getting it. The vertical scrubbers hit my car harder than most. I noticed the damage shortly after getting home and preparing to place a coat of wax for protective measures. There were still things like bug guts stuck to my front bumper and some on the fender. Soap and suds were still all over. I wish there was a stand-alone pressure washer near the dumpster area for us to spray the extra soap left behind.I get it. A car wash cannot get everything. But even paying for the wheel package, my rims were still coated in brake dust as if they were never sprayed or blasted. I cleaned them with a spare microfiber I keep in the car. Plus side, I paid for 2 minutes vacuum and got 5 out of the code it provided. 1st impressions are something I have high standards for when it comes to any service for my vehicle. This was not a great one for me.I would not say that I do not recommend it, I just personally will not be returning. Luckily, it will only cost me $100 to get my door paint fixed and coated with ceramic again due to my protection plan through All State. Others may have a great experience, I just had a bad experience my first time through. The photo attached is with the wax already on, so it will have a white-in-color like smudging throughout.

Depending on when you go, the lines can be too long to go. Each wash takes some time. I'm losing money on my membership. Nothing they can do about that though. They are not hurting for business. Just try to plan your wash early in the morning or don't bother.

Interior detailing was okay I’ve had better for less. I did luxury package with added on shampooing, the seats look good but the surfaces could’ve been better for the cost. There’s still dust and splatters. Seems rushed. Also the seats were left wet when I picked it up had to sit on a sweater on the drive home.

It's a car wash, so there's not too much more you can say about it. The price, I feel, is fair. Interactions I've had with the operators are great. It's convenient between my work and home. They do some fun things, like a haunted car wash around Halloween, and occasionally have items available for sale (like coffee mugs, Mickey's air fresheners, etc).

I'm at this car wash multiple times a week!! The monthly membership is so worth it. The staff is very helpful and professional. Will continue my membership for months - years to come. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience, I stopped in the line got out went into the office to ask if this is a touch free car wash, I was told yes. To my horror it was not, I just had my new car ceramic coated and was told to avoid these types of car washes. Of course came out with light scratches and soap residue everywhere from not being rinsed or dried properly. If you care about your car I recommend avoiding

This wash comes down to if the attendant actually washes the vehicle with the brush before starting the automatic portion. If they do, it comes out great, if not, the wheels and sides of vehicle sometimes aren’t clean.

Used to be great when it was new now does just so so washes used to get the very best monthly unlimited usually the the ceramic light never comes on not knowing if your actually getting it or not when you get out of wash soap is still over car not right than also once I drive thru car wash got out didn't even take bird dropping off windshield so I went around to go thru again and it said I reached my limit so had to go inside to complain come on you forget what unlimited stands for not one car wash a day only misleading advertisement.

Good car wash, inexpensive options, however vacuums are not reliable. As of July 29th all of the vacuums are non operational. They are “working” on fixing them. Otherwise a good wash.
