Brought my Pomeranian in for her spay. Tammy was amazing. She let you know what to expect every step of the way. She never treated you like you were asking a "stupid question"!
Everything went very smoothly and she is recuperating nicely. I highly recommend them.

Lovely staff, they make bringing in my rescue hound so easy and even give him the extra love he needs sometimes. I would and have recommended them to anyone in the area looking for a vet!

Going on 3 yrs with our pets coming here. This is the ONLY place I trust...we're picky and our pets are our kids. They've helped us from a senior in her last couple months left to our new puppy care and now a Beagle that has health issues. The staff is always polite, always doing a call to check up on issues.

There are no better vet docs than Dr. Steve Ellis and Dr. Rachel Klopfer....they truly care..
Not just about their patients but the moms and dads of their patients as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. And Brittney is THE BOMB!! Best vets EVER!

We have used Sunderland Animal Hospital for years for our previous cats and our newly adopted cats. They are always easy to ask questions to, you can always ask for price estimates, and the whole staff clearly cares for the animals. Our experience with having to euthanize our older cat was made easier by their kindness. We trust their opinions which is valuable when navigating several health issues with our animals.

It was a very thorough exam and nice vet. Would have liked to have a printout of pricing for the next appointment visit and not email me in a few days, then set up an appointment time. Prices are on the high end but seem to be comparable to surrounding vets in the area. Building can use some updating but was clean and smelt fine.

We have had a long and difficult challenge with getting our dog's wound to heal. Sunderland Animal Hospital has been the best at every moment and every turn. The vets are excellent and knowledgeable. And every single other person who works there in all capacities is excellent at their job. Everyone is caring, compassionate, slow when your dog requires a quite, slow and steady approach, and nevertheless efficient. They go the extra mile each and every visit. We could not recommend Sunderland Animal Hospital any higher. They are simply the best vet office in the Franklin and Hampshire County areas!!!!!

Just got a new puppy and with both of her appointments so far everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful! I was worried she'd be a bit scared getting her vaccinations and what not but they took such great care of her she didn't even blink an eye. Definitely recommend.

Always kind. Considerate of my dogs/their needs/issues. The techs are consistently awesome. Compassionate care. Judgement free. Been to a handful of other area vet clinics and Sunderland Animal Hospital has been the very best of the bunch for us.
