This storage unit is definitely the best in Sunderland! The owner Rick, is a really nice fellow and will answer any questions you may have. He does his walks around and secures the area and you don't have to worry about rodents or leaks ruining your things here. We've been using his storage unit for almost 2 years now and never had a problem. Also very fair prices! Highly recommend! ? Thanks Rick for all that you do ?

It’s very clean . Rick is charming and knowledgeable about the town , and is pleasant to work with .I like that it’s set down behind a fence , off the main road . Excellent security , there are cameras at just about every corner .Prices are the best in the area for what you’re getting . IMHO

How about that? A storage facility whose owner answers the phone? I left multiple messages at all other facilities in/around greenfield over the last two weeks. None of their voicemails indicated they were full, yet not a single callback (except Yankee Storage where Jess is amazing!)

I absolutely love this storage place. Fair prices and the owner is the kindest man ever. Would recommend to anyone, but especially students looking for summer storage. Their summer rate is amazing!

Clean, easily accessible and great value. Rick at Sugarloaf Storage was recommended to us by another storage facility and was quick on follow up from our inquiry and went above and beyond to help my UMass student. We highly recommend Sugarloaf Storage!
