Daniel Salls surveyed our extremely challenging Northampton property. It required research and quite a bit if work. It's a small property with many abutters and many, many corners. It was a kind of Gordian knot of survey challenges. In the end it all came good. He was pleasant and professional throughout. When we tacked on an additional land purchase to enlarge the property a tiny bit he promptly got to work on that.Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've had with a vendor on this project. Daniel is highly recommended.

Dan helped my family out immediately with a very stressful situation with a neighbor. He has ethics and is very professional and impartial and I have a lot of respect for him. He was beyond helpful and we are very grateful. Definitely recommend!
