This store is a dream and not only is the selection of organic bedding incredible, but Donna is so friendly and helpful and my husband and I were so impressed with our experience. I bought a wool pillow which has been so wonderful and my husband and I (who live almost two hours away) are already planning to drive back to buy a wool comforter. Donna’s selection of organic mattresses is incredible and when it’s time for my husband me to buy a new mattress, we will be going here! We are now recommending this store to all of our family and friends! Thank you Donna!

I have been meaning to post this review for a while. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had at The Organic Mattress store!! Both Donna and Michael were super welcoming to myself and my four legged Buyer Assistant Allie..top notch customer service!! And oh yes. I love my Naturepedic EOS pillow top…no breaking in period required!!

Both the owner and Michael, a Salesman, are absolutely great people. I was looking for an Organic Mattress and they gave me the best price not only in my area, but anywhere on the internet. They made the whole process very easy and I am very happy with the purchase!

Bought the Noddingham mattress for our son and love it!! It is a perfect medium firm mattress that doesn’t feel rock hard like most kid mattresses do. It is even comfortable for adults!!Donna was very helpful throughout the process of selecting the Noddingham. We will definitely be purchasing future mattresses here!

Hands down the best experience forBuying mattresses possible. Absolutely no comparison to big box stores. The new mattress worked great for my wife, but not for me. Michael and team supported us to find a better alternative that worked great for both of us. No 5* hotel has a nicer bed setup than we know. Highly recommend this store.

Went in to explore and learn about the organic difference, and Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helped us land on a great EOS Naturepedic (after 7/8 years on a Tempurpedic). Found some amazing “noodle” pillows as well. Glad we popped in and can’t recommend highly enough!

Went in for pillows. Although I live close by, I had never ventured in. What an treat! Buying from a local organic company (pillows) was a very fun experience. They made mine in 10 minutes or less. Now interested in a bed since they amazing! Really wonderful shopping experience!

In 2014, after a lot of research on retail companies and organic mattress brands we chose The Organic Mattress. Seven years later we noticed an issue with the top mattress layer, which Michael at Organic Mattress agreed wasn’t right. He vigorously pursued a warranty replacement and at some cost to his company, he achieved a replacement for us. How many companies have you seen honor a warranty in full? This is HUGE and shows the quality and commitment of this business. I am super thankful.

I regrettably bought a mattress here. It was hard as a rock when I slept on it the first night. Never got a follow up call from the kid who sold it to me and there are NO returns. This is an automatic RED FLAG with a business. The store obvioulsy DOESN'T stand by their product. I ended up buying a foam mattress to place on top. In addition, I inquired about a purchasing headboard. The salesophile said he would give me a call in regards to what he had in stock. Again, I received no call. The next day I did more research on The Organic Mattress and realized they were featured on Boston FIVE, a (C)lown (N)ews (N)etwork affiliate. My bad; lesson learned. I finally sold the mattress to a friend who takes old matresses and makes unique things out of them. He couldn't use it for most of his projects. He said very little of this mattress was CertiPURE-US certified or GOLS certified quality. As a side note, I think "little" Brian would LOVE this place....and the employees who work here. Let's hope everyone finds help all around, shall we?! :)

Great efficient service! We got in, looked at mattresses, figured out what we wanted and had it all ordered in under an hour! I also love that we were given the privacy we needed to try out the various mattress options and discuss pricing amongst ourselves. We happened to walk in while they were having an Earth day sale and managed to save over $700 and they will even warehouse our mattress for us for 12 weeks while we’re waiting for a bed frame to be delivered. Overall I loved the service and would definitely recommend this store for anyone on the market for a mattress or pillows or bedding.

I came here with my sister-in-law a few days ago. She just moved to MA and wanted to buy a brand new mattress. We waited in the store for 15 minutes and no one offered to help. We ended up driving to another mattress store the next day.

All praise to The Organic Mattress!They have a great selection of products (mattresses, pillows, comforters, etc) and their products are high-quality and beautiful.It’s a big decision buying a new mattress. Michael and the folks at The Organic Mattress were incredibly helpful and patient with me as I figured out which mattress would work best for me. Despite delays in the process due to the pandemic, they were unfailingly upbeat and helpful. They even helped me take advantage of some manufacturers discounts that were available at the time I purchased.Their complimentary white-glove delivery felt safe and was fast and efficient – even making their way through some unexpected city sidewalk construction right in front of my house at the exact time of delivery! I highly recommend them as a great place to find your new mattress.
