No complaints, and my recipient is delighted. She sent me a picture of herself, holding the flowers. Frugal Flower was the third florist I contacted, after having trouble with the first two. I remember them from when I lived in MA, now live in VA. Wish I'd remembered them sooner!

I ordered a sympathy arrangement online for delivery to a friend. The online order process was very easy. I was alerted every step of the process. My friend called me and said the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous.

I'm not sure what happened to this company but they are no longer the friendly florist. The woman I spoke to on the phone acted as if she was doing me a favor taking my order. The order I was placing was going to be delivered to an address I had sent numerous occasions. They have all the information on this address, but because I couldn't confirm the delivery phone number, she said they couldn't place the order. I asked, "Don't you have the phone number from past orders?" She confirmed they did, but she insisted I had to give it to her again. I was told when I could confirm the delivery phone number to call back.

I’ve seen beautiful arrangements at my gym from frugal flower so when I needed flowers, I naturally went to them (even though they were a good distance away). I was amazed at how gorgeous this arrangement was. Way beyond my expectations and I will recommend frugal flower to anyone and everyone.

I wanted to write this a year ago but I’m a procrastinator and had to build a house after the wedding of my daughter, Abby. So here I am, finally writing a review for the wonderful people at Frugal Flowers. From the start they were nothing but accommodating, kind, creative and helpful. I wanted to use family antique vases for the table arrangements and they turned out so beautiful and perfect for the tablescapes. The wedding party and bride bouquets were gorgeous, everything fresh and vibrant. And thank you for your patience and adaptability, I kept my mother of the bride head on for that all important day!!

In the past 2 months, I have ordered flowers twice and was a lucky recipient of flowers from The Frugal Flower. Each time the flowers have been stunning - fresh, the greens have been outstanding, and many compliments on them. Highly recommend!

I was sesrching online for a florist serving the area west of Boston and the listing for Frugal Flower caught my eye. Their website was easy to navigate and had a nice variety of floral items to choose from. They even group them by occasion for quicker selection. They know not everyone is great with words and offer suggestions for your gift card. The communications were quick and friendly. The delivery was quick and, my friend tells me, the flowers are beautiful. Highly recommend. I will definitely use them again!

I was looking for a bright, cheerful just thinking of you bouquet and found a beautiful one reasonably priced online at The Frugal Flower. I ordered same day delivery (with 7 minutes left to go!) and within 2 hours had a text from my friend with a picture of the flowers. They looked just like the picture on the website and were exactly as I hoped. I will use this shop again for local flower delivery in Massachusetts!
