From start to finish dealing with Sudbury Rug and Carpet was a pleasure. There was never any pressure, and in the end I couldn't be happier. Nancy is on top of things and was in touch the whole way through the process. Hats off to the installers who installed the carpet on what had to be one of the hottest days of the summer. A++

We have a Native American woven rug that we recently dropped off for cleaning at Sudbury Rug. Before we could drop it off, our new puppy managed to damage it, leaving two separate areas on the edges that had been chewed. Sudbury Rug received the rug and then notified us, at cleaning, that it was quite valuable and recommended repair from a qualified weaver/cleaner. They used a local person who took in the rug and performed the necessary repairs. We can only say that once the rug came back to us, it looked AMAZING! The colors after cleaning were completely restored and looked brilliant, and we literally could not tell where the torn and frayed edges of the rug had been damaged. KUDOS is hardly strong enough to reflect our appreciation for the results we got from Sudbury Rug! They worked a minor miracle. Thank you to Tyler and everyone else who had a hand in making sure we were 100% HAPPY!

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy and Jason within the last month. The whole process from the beginning to the end was such a wonderful experience. Both Nancy and Jason were always in touch with me. When Jason said he was coming to measure, rip out my old stairs carpeting, and to the final install today, he was a man of his word; he always showed up on time and always cleaned up when he was done. He is a perfectionist. I will not hesitate to recommend Nancy and Jason for any kind of rug install.

Sudbury Rug did a beautiful job for me installing carpet in the entry and a flight of stairs at, Alta Strada in Wellesley. Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with! Love the guys, and love Nancy!!❤️

Very happy with the end product. Team at the store were helpful when I asked for it and left me alone when I didn't. Got useful advice on different products and color possibilities. Installation was rapid and professional, and they fixed a broken stair revealed when the old carpet came up. Highly recommended!

We love our new Stair Runner! Nancy was great to work with - super responsive and also very patient and helpful while we figured out what we wanted. We went back and forth to the store a few times to discuss options and look at samples in our home. We ended up going with a handmade runner instead of a roll runner in order to get the look we wanted. Nancy and her team made it happen for us! Highly recommend.

Wow!! Nancy and the team at Sudbury Rug did a fabulous job with our new stair runner rug! They were easy to work with through the whole process, explaining the types of rugs, quality, and finding photos of them installed in customer homes so we could see more than just the sample piece. The level of detail on the installation, especially given our tricky corners was done with perfection. We are really thrilled with this new look addition to our home and would absolutely recommend Sudbury rug to our friends and neighbors!!

Extremely happy with my experience using Sudbury Rug for a stair runner. I live 2 hours away but Nancy carefully and patiently walked me through the measuring process via video, which worked out perfectly (and I am not a handy man). The installer drove up, was very friendly, and had the job done within a few hours.
