Very helpful and go the extra mile. My pediatricians office messed up and didn’t send them the prescription they wrote for me. They stayed open late for me so I could get my daughter’s antibiotics.

Recently, I transferred my prescriptions from the CVS pharmacy in Sudbury to Sudbury Pharmacy as I was getting aggravated with CVS not having prescriptions ready when promised. It was so easy transferring and to my amazement, I did this after hours. To my amazement,shortly after I did the necessary work,Sudbury Pharmacy called me and mind you,they were already closed. They text me to remind me which occurred yesterday that I was due for a prescription refill which I don't need to pick up until tommorow and said so for the refill. However,to my amazement,its ready and will pick up tommorow as I do not need the prescriptions yet,but thats ok. Sudbury Pharmacy, "PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE,YOU ARE TOO VALUEABLE!" We are going back to the "Good Old Days". The only thing is no soda fountain like Sudbury Drug way back when and other pharmacies around. Oh well, we can't have everything, :) :-)

This place is private. You get honest, professional service. Cvs has become a mess . They push there mistakes on to the customers , which is unacceptable because they are overwhelmed. No thank you! I left CVS happily

Sudbury pharmacy is absolutely the best. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. There always punctual and efficient. It's the easiest pharmacy to work with.

This pharmacy itself is great but I have to give it 1 stars because they keep this really unpleasant rude lady hired there and she should be fired sue has long black hair she’s in her 60’s and wears a low ponytail. She is always so unpleasant when I deal with her and I would really like her gone because she really detracts from the good experiences I’ve had with this pharmacy!!!!! Please fire her sheesh

I have a really good feeling about this place all 5 star raving reviews and the pharmacist picked up on the third ring unlike CVS Sudbury which is understaffed as I waited 45 minutes 3 different times on the phone to no one picking up the phone and to top it all off CVS Sudbury pharmacist employee who rang me up at the window had the audacity to be rude to me after the debacle with the forever phone wait times. This pharmacy looks like it has its sh together and have heard fast fill times which is always important in case I run out and need more. Glad I made the switch, I had to originally move from the Walgreens because it became a Covid testing site yikes I'm excited for the pleasant timely service I expect from a pharmacy with this one. No use giving money to CVS pharmacy which clearly has big issues they don't deserve the large amount of money I shell out each Month for prescriptions! Thanks Sudbury Pharmacy for being a local gem I'm excited to be with!

A single door bell ring and the appearance of much needed medications, in the familiar white bag on the front step table. Sudbury Pharmacy reminds me of how drug stores used to be, back in the 1960's. Personal service, provided by a friendly dedicated staff. There is a lot to be said for an independent pharmacy, that is family owned and operated. Grateful to have you in our community...Thanks again, for all you do!
