“The customer service is unmatchable. I had a gait analysis done and I learned so much about my running pattern and what shoe worked best for me. I’m really looking to try my new shoes out on the road! This store is not like the big chains where you’re just another number. You get personalized care without feeling like you’re being forced into buying something. They actually care about how you’re going to feel running in the shoes they recommend! 10/10 will be back.”

“I think his name is Ron unfortunately I'm terrible at remembering names. Anyway he helped me for over an hour finding me shoes that would fit and not hurt since I have a collapsed ankle. He was extremely knowledgeable patient helpful and kind. He showed me a pair of Brooks running shoes that even he had as well as my orthopedic Dr. I watched him help others as well being extremely attentive to their needs. He helped more than one person at a time. Ron applies immense service and commitment to the store. A couple of weeks later I bought a folding chair that I saw outside and got a new one. The Maynard Outdoor Store has quality items and superb service. The staff that checks you out are extremely helpful patient and kind. I like the atmosphere it's very laid back and rustic. “I love this skate shop! Craig is such a professional. He really knows his craft. My daughter recent got a new pair of edea ice fly skates and a new pair of Gold seal John Wilson Revolution blades at another location and needed her blade mount adjusted. Craig got us right in and adjusted her mount perfectly, efficiently and accurately. Her left skate feels so much better now. Thank you so much Craig!! We will be returning to your shop again soon. “I just had the pleasure of sharing a dive boat in Cuba's Jardines de la Reina with Mark Potter of Mass Diving and could not resist the opportunity to share what a wonderful experience I had with him. We just happened to find ourselves in the same dive group (I am not a customer or a travel client of Mark or Mass Diving--not yet, anyway!), and yet Mark spent the week sharing his considerable knowledge base with me and with all of his fellow divers. Given how kind, fun, attentive and generous Mark was with random dive partners in his group, I can only imagine the level of service and care that his actual customers and clients would receive on one of his trips! I hope anyone considering a dive trip will take the chance to travel with Mark Potter, as I will, the very first chance I get! He is also a talented and dedicated underwater photographer to boot.”
“Beau picked up my call, I’m an AT NOBO thru hiker and this is my home Co-op. So helpful trying to navigate the NEMO warranty system for a replacement tent on trail.(harder than you would imagine…) Really took the time to be thorough and work out a solution for a new tent on trail after TWO tent pole failures. “Now that I have been attempting to improve my game after 30 years lol, I have booked multiple golf lessons with PGA Professional Matt McAdams. He has been great from the first lesson on, analyzing my swing mechanics and fundamentals (from club drawback, ball contact follow through weight transfer. Matt has great (informative) feedback through his own observations backed up with video feedback from the Trackman System. My game is still work in progress but Matt is just the type of instructor to help me get to the next step of improvement of my game! I highly recommend him to golfers at all levels of the game!”

“I had just paved a basketball court in my backyard and I wanted a, excuse my language, kick a** net. Go big or go home. I went to the box store and the Goalrilla net would take weeks to get and install. I decided to Google basketball net installation and found Mr. Hoops. I saw that the they installed Danny Ainge, Paul Pierce and various other Boston sports icons courts. I called Eric and he told me everything could be done by Saturday. It was a Tuesday afternoon when I called him. I also saw that he has some terrible reviews but I he could get this done so much quicker than everyone else so I just took the chance. He was fantastic.”

“Great experience from the time we walked in the door to look around. Employees were well versed in all the equipment and really asked questions to assure we were getting the treadmill we needed. No attempts to “up sell” us to something we wouldn’t use or was more than what we needed. Made a few trips back after visiting other fitness equipment stores and never felt like you do when you walk onto a car lot. Staff were always friendly and always made sure to let us know they would be happy to help us. Bought a great treadmill that will fit the varying needs and capabilities of our family. Installation was great too. Timely, polite technicians that got the treadmill put together quickly and showed us a few key important things about the same. Definitely recommend visiting their store as they do seem to know their stuff and are on top of the fitness game!”
