Ilah knocked it out of the park with this engagement ring for my fiancée! Unbelievably helpful throughout the entire design experience, all the way through to completion of the ring. And… it was a YES!
If you’re in Worcester, stop and check out the amazing store they have and you will truly be blown away. This place is an experience! Hands down the coolest jewelry store you will ever step inside.
Ilah and her team are wonderful and the products are top notch!

This was a surprise stop for us after attending the Start at the Station craft fair. We were pleasantly surprised by this shop. It was unique - we all bought something! It is small but has some fun product offerings.

After coveting a couple of the Words of Wisdom stacking rings for a while, I was finally able to spring for a little treat and purchase them. They're gorgeous and well-made, and I absolutely love them! The sales associates were lovely and helpful, from getting my rings in the right size and metal to pulling art from the wall and packaging it adorably.And the space is magical, from the front entrance to the diorama displays inset into the walls and floor to the bookshelf door!Just a wonderful experience all around!

Hands down, best shop I have ever been in. It's a magical place with so much local Worcester flair, art, and stunning jewelry. I constantly get compliments on the "Feelings are not Facts" necklace I have and when I tell them about the Words of Wisdom collection they all want to grab one for themselves. Highly recommend it for these items. I know they do custom pieces as well and it will be my first stop when I need something like that.

I found this store by mistake and my gosh it was the best mistake I’ve ever made. The staff are so welcoming and the store itself has a whimsical library feel. Their methods of display are unique and the jewelry itself is gorgeous. As a queer person I have never felt so safe in an establishment and I will most certainly be back the next time I’m in town.

Not only are the pieces fantastic, the actual experience of stepping through the threshold of the new storefront is like stepping into a fantastic magical library to find these beautiful pieces.ILah and her team set you up for a unique experience meant to be cherished as much as the jewelry.

Ilah’s one-of-a-kind space features interactive displays that allow you to get your hands on the merchandise. Quirky art includes an homage to the “The Golden Girls.” An enormous card catalogue occupies one of the back walls; it reminded me of the Sunnydale High School Library from “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.” (I half expected Giles to pop up and warn me against buying a vengeance demon pendant, but he did not.) The bespoke wallpaper pays subtle tribute to a variety of Worcester staples including Turtle Boy, Bancroft Tower, and the space suit. Ilah's fastidious attention to detail is evident in her jewelry as well as every inch of 218 Franklin Street.

Had a jewelry repair done there last month and initially was told they weren't taking any more repairs but they did take mine and did a great job. Both girls are very nice and friendly but the location in Sudbury Mass will be moving to Worcester Mass in the fall. Basically what they do is design and make original jewelry. Great for that custom gift for someone special or a special occasion.

We recently worked with Ilah on a number of projects. From fixing some very old jewelry to designing a new eternity ring she was great to work with. She is responsive and professional. She will tell you what will work and what doesn't and has some amazing ideas for creating jewelry. We loved working with her and would do so again in a heartbeat!

My fiancé and I found Ilah because we were looking for an ethically sourced diamond for an engagement ring, and when we told her we were looking for a US lab grown diamond she knew exactly what we were asking for unlike many other jewelers and diamond retail websites. She was extremely transparent and knowledgeable. She provided us with many pictures of the custom band that she designed, then sent a 3d printed cast of the ring. The final ring was stunning and my fiancé loved it and she could not be happier with it!
