Always friendly and they know my name and ask how my dogs are. They even give me dog treats. If there is any fraud issues I get a text right away. I love having their mobile app to have a great idea of how much money I have in my accounts. For a while I just had a savings account with them and a checking account with a big bank. After running into so many issues with the big bank; I closed my account and went to Middlesex for everything.

Although I have only used this bank for my children's accounts, I have often popped in there to have something notarized. The staff are friendly and helpful and I am always in and out. I've started to think more about leaving my big bank for this bank because of how helpful they always are.

Manager lied to me regarding some account procedures after I froze my account for suspicious activity. I confronted her over the phone and she denied ever saying it to me. What a liar. I'll be soon banking elsewhere.

Horrible bank. Every time I come in here it takes 10 minutes to do anything. Your better off going down the street to TD.

Worst experience with any bank it seems even the new bank manager doesn't know what she is doing should be a zero rating For the second time in two weeks the bank manager Patti Smith shows she or the bank doesn't know what they are doing and has incurred fees for the customer and states they won't reimburse the customer.., the manger of another bank in the area says she is new. She obviously doesn't care or know anything about customer service this bank should have the worse rating possible
