Great location love that its so close to all my shopping. I tend to work out late in the evening and its pretty desolate at that time which is both good and bad. But the equipment is great, and the staff is kind.

I love this workout concept! It’s like having a personal trainer with me at every workout, guiding me what to do next, keeping count and pace and offering encouragement.

I absolutely love Koko FitClub of Sudbury! Not only is the personalized digital gym perfect for me, but I really like the staff. I feel like they know me and care about my fitness. Now that I have to work out during the pandemic, I appreciate the ability to schedule a session in a safe environment.

I've been a member for almost a year, which amazes both my husband and me! I'm a data person, and love the fact that all my workouts are tracked and I can get lots of detailed stats on the member portal. The strength training workouts are customized for each person, and guide me through a 30 minute program so that I never have to figure out when to add weight, what exercises to do, or how fast to lift/lower the weights. The cardio is based on high intensity interval training and gives you a great workout in just 15 minutes. The facility is always clean and the equipment well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the fact that I can workout when it fits my schedule, but yet get a personalized program that adapts as I get stronger. I definitely notice changes in my body.

Koko is a great place to exercise if you only want to spend about 5 hours a week working out. You pick a computer weight lifting program that best fits your ability and goals, and then augment that with video and audio programs on the treadmill and/or elliptical trainers. There is staff available to get you started and to help as needed, but you can also work out on your own whenever you want. The audio programs encourage you to persist by reminding you that fitness is a lifestyle and not a quick fix. They also encourage you to improve your nutrition. You track your progress on your own webpage. Overall, the Koko program is almost like having a personal trainer, but at a lower price. The only drawback is that it does take some time to understand how all the programs fit your situation, but since everyone is different there is probably no way to speed up the learning process. There are so many programs to choose from that it is fun to experiment with them until you figure out what works. Much thought has gone into developing the system, and it should benefit anyone willing to put in the necessary time. Greg L.

We've been getting great results from becoming members of Koko, and we love the SmartTraining concept -- we can get personalized programs from great trainers on our schedule, and we get all the feedback we could want.

Love it! Nice people, no obnoxious music or steroid users. If you really love metrics and are motivated to get into shape, this is the place for you.

I joined Koko Fit Sudbury 4 months after rotator cuff surgery in an effort to pick up where physical therapy left off. The staff worked with me constantly to ensure that my pace was correct, the exercises were appropriate, and that I was safe. They checked in by email and demonstrated their concern. Think you'll get that at a mega-club? This is my second Koko membership. I belonged on the south shore of Boston and transferred up here when I moved. My girlfriend joined with me and she, too, has fallen in love with the formula of controlled, preplanned exercise routines. This is not a gym. Koko does not attract perfect bodies that wear $500 outfits. There is zero judging. What you'll find is a boutique-like experience where the staff learns your name and takes a personal interest in your health and development. I had never been a gym guy before Koko. Now, I cannot WAIT to get there. Plus, when I travel, I find other Koko locations and workout there, too. I love Koko!

I love Koko!! I've never been a gym goer- in fact, I avoid all exercise if at all possible. It's starting to show. My upcoming wedding led me to start looking for a gym. I "looked" for months, never visiting any gyms I researched and making excuses for why the gym wouldn't work for me. One day, I stumbled on Koko on yelp, and looked up their web site. I was instantly intrigued and drove down to check it out myself. As soon as Adam, the owner, showed me the equipment and explained what they're all about, I knew I had found the gym for me. Koko fit club's program is based on the principles of behaviorism, which I love. They motivate people by making the workout shorts, keeping you at one machine, offering a point system for performance, giving incentives for reaching 100%, changing the cardio programs each season, and making everything super customizable. As a result, I've now been going to the gym at least 4 times a week. Not only do I feel myself getting fitter, but the data shows it as well. It's almost addicting to see the weight I've lifted gone up or my pace improve. Adam and Paul have turned me into an official Koko-nut.

Clean, neat, quiet, nearly empty on off hours, key card access, great helpful staff. A great product available most hours--we love it. Personal trainer on a flash drive. Adam and Paul, the owners, are wonderful and are there most days and employ a cheerful and well trained staff. Monthly price is equal to one hour of hiring a personal trainer. Web charting is motivating as you can see your progress as well as future workouts. Machines are new and work flawlessly. Workouts are stored on flashdrive and backed up to network/cloud. We like that the whole workout is on one machine and you can do it in 30 minutes. Automated personal trainer customizes your workout and pushes you to improve as well as changing reps, weight and pace to mix it out so you don't adapt to steady state exercise. Bottom line: A smart product at a reasonable price
