Courtney, Wilson, and Vince all made my recent purchase at BMW Sudbury a seamless and pleasant experience. Wilson worked hard to get me out with the car that evening and it's much appreciated. The person who helped set up the car before I left ( I forget his name ) was also excellent. Best buying experience ever.

I bought 2019 BMW 440 and I’ve been always buying my cars here top satisfied customer service and RAY was very friendly and cooperative and took good care. If I could give zero stars I would. Incompetence. Unprofessionalism. Come here if you want to waste your time. My whole family has had BMWs for years from X1 to X7 to M5 competition. We haven’t even gone to this dealership the last round of leases we did. We went to Peabody. But due to geographical proximity we do bring the cars for service here. Every single time it’s a huge disappointment. Unprofessional advisors. I don’t know if the turnover is high and people don’t get trained well to know how to do their job or whatever the issue is but this location doesn’t match the BMW brand. I never leave negative reviews but my experience negatively impacted my whole day, caused me to waste hours of my time and I ended up pulling my car out before my service started - seriously think three times before you bring your vehicle here…This is a continuous experience and it’s always negative. Not just for me but literally everyone I know that goes there. I hope the management takes a closer look at training and the importance of the customer. I’ll take a longer drive to get a better service.

In my opinion, you should steer clear of this dealership. About a year ago, I purchased a 2015 BMW X5 from another seller. I brought the car to Herb Chambers BMW in Sudbury for them to check out vibrations and transmission issues during slow driving and to perform a full diagnostic. They claimed it was normal but insisted I update the car software for further diagnostics.
A few weeks after my warranty expired, I took my car to BMW of Shrewsbury for the same worsening issue. During the test drive, the technician immediately noticed the problem I had been complaining about all along. It turned out I needed a new transfer case, costing $7,500, along with front-end suspension repairs amounting to $4,500. This diagnosis was for a car that Herb Chambers' technician had claimed had no problems.
This experience led me to believe that Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury and European Engineering in Framingham had some sort of arrangement. The technician at European Engineering seemed aware of my service diagnostics when I brought the car back for warranty service, which raised suspicion.
Additionally, my car came with tinted windows and a state inspection from European Engineering. When the inspection expired, I took it to another station, where it failed due to illegal window tint. I had to pay $400 to have the illegal tint removed to pass the state inspection, despite having paid for a full diagnostic initially.
In my opinion, you should have your car serviced elsewhere to avoid missed diagnostics and potential collusion. This was the last time we took our cars there

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. Ray our Salesman was very pleasant and professional. He took me through the features and benifits of the vehicle with ease. When it came to negotiations he was flexible within the market price and my trade in. The vehicle is 4 years old. Honestly it looks and feels brand new. I would do business any day with Ray and this dealership again if I ever need another vehicle.

I worked with Ed Milkow at BMW of Sudbury. He was very professional and extremely helpful. I will be happy to work with him again when it is time for my next car. I can't be happier with his response times to my texts. Excellent service.

This place went downhill since 2022. Wow. I’m in absolute shock. They bait and switch costumers without having the inventory! Very deceptive! I was looking to buy a $80,000 2024 BMW X5 50e. I made an appointment with Dominic, who confirmed that the car was on the lot. When I got to the dealership, not only I had to wait 45 minutes for a sales rep, then I was also told there was no appointment in the system and that the car was sold. The car is STILL LISTED AS AVAILABLE online. Another manager, Vince I believe, was terrible and didn’t even apologize to us. He said that this is how they do business. I would expect that from a lower end dealership, not a BMW. We’ve purchased a new, customized vehicle from Peter V. back in 2022 but will never do business here again since this place and the people here no longer have integrity, and will lie straight to your face.

I am very happy with my used care purchase experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. Wilson is a gem! He was my assigned sales consultant and couldn't be happier with what he provided me with. He started explaining the process, and we went for a test drive. We started working on the paperwork, and he facilitated everything. He stayed in touch with me by text messages, sending me updates on where the car was. He ensured all the requested maintenance was performed, the car was detailed the day I went to pick it up, mint condition, everything was clean and better than expected.
