I also got a big number of baby things because it is the season of showers and Spring! And only 4 stars because we show up there to have fun, unfortunately the rest of customer service was lacking today.”

“I’m not really a fan of the new checkout if you don’t want it to be self checkout you should figure out a way to have a better set up. Maybe have some big registers on one side and self checkouts on the other like they do at other stores like CVS, so the workers can still see the self checkout screens, just a thought. I did retail for 10 years so I understand wanting to not have self checkout in this day and age but figure out a better solution. This new way has too much foot traffic. I also don’t like how much their candy has went up in price. But I still gave 4 stars because my wife, daughter and I went in not too long ago and we were helped by this lovely lady I believe she said her name was Paige. She helped point things out in the store to us and gave my daughter some ideas for gifts for Mother’s Day. Even though she was busy trying to balance a few customers who were asking questions and needing help, she still was able to make us feel like we were the main priority, while juggling everyone at the same time, and ring us out at the end. She’s helped us a few times here before too. There was also someone in line who didn’t speak English and didn’t know what the signs there said, if you want people to know registers are closed or that your supposed to wait you should have the translation to Portuguese on it too, considering it’s the other most popular language here. I still gave a 4 because the customer service is almost always excellent and the store is always kept nice and tidy.”

“I went into this Nordstrom to get a gift for my girlfriend. Serrenda greeted me at the door with a smile. Serrenda was super professional and knowledgeable about what is in style currently. I asked her about what to get for the gift because I don’t know what girls want. She took me around the whole store and showed me the best stuff that’s in style. ( I told her what her style is ) she showed me the best deals in the store. She took me to the case where all edgy stuff is in it. Here is it I found the best gift. Also it was marked down on top 40 percent extra off. I ended up getting a 3k Chloe bag that was marked down to 400 dollars and 800 dollar Burberry scarf for 140. Definitely ask for Serrenda when you go here and have questions about what’s in style or what to get for gifts”

The store has had a fast turnover of help, but everyone they have hired has always been so kind and helpful in all they do. I have to put a "shout out " for Teresa, she is very accommadating, professional and goes above and beyond to help people, she excels at all she does, and is surely an asset to our wonderful Ashland store, always a joy to see her smiling face. “Ordered online and picked up in store. While the first woman I spoke to seemed annoyed that I was picking up and quickly passed me over to another employee who was pleasant to work with. I believe his name was Camden but he was very helpful and assisted getting the large item loaded in my car even while it was raining out. That man deserves a raise!”
“Tip: always enter WM expecting the worst. Especially on a rainy Saturday. Great visit. Uncrowded garden area with a few bargains vs chaos out front as cars lined up to load in the deluge. Aisle's were not crowded. Shelves were well stocked and easy self checkout. Of course had a self scanner issue and an assistant was right there to help. No one checking recepts as you leave was nice. This visit 5 stars.”
“Yuredry is a great leader. The store was crowded and as usual in this store the lines were long. She has great customer service. Keeping a calm head and a very positive attitude towards the customers even when they were giving her a hard time. Please hire more leaders like her and if she isn’t a leader she needs to be one!

“I don't come here that often but when I do it's typically for household items, cleaners, craft items or even Garden supplies. Sometimes I will venture and buy grocery items depending on what I forgot to buy during my food shopping. Anyway, they're currently going through some sort of re-modeling inside of the store for a better shopping experience.(per their signage) Well, I could not find the things I was looking for because everything was moved to other areas. So instead of taking me just 5-10 minutes in and out it took me 15-20 minutes. Walking around aimlessly of course couldn't find anyone to ask and then when I was going to I found the items I needed. I did self check out which I'm getting to be pretty good at and I was out on my merry way. The place is always crowded mind you I went on a Thursday afternoon. But overall good place to come to get those last minutes things forgotten, but give yourself extra time until they get through this remodeling time.”

Here's something I wrote for the Boston Post Rd. Journal (it will be out sometime 3rd week of July for a "Sudbury's best" - we're highlighting gems of Sudbury that give great customer service. This particular shoe store offers an excellent shopping experience for shoe enthusiasts. Their wide selection of footwear, including various brands and styles, ensures that customers can find the perfect pair for any occasion. The store is often commended for its knowledgeable and friendly staff who provide helpful recommendations and assist in finding the right fit. Additionally, the store's comfortable and well-organized layout allows for a pleasant browsing experience.
