I am so pleased with the quality of carpet which is beautiful and the installation of the stair and the hallway is meticulous and perfectly done even with the multiple corners and turns from the stairs to the 2nd floor hallway. The sales people are knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I am a residential architect and interior designer. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

This is the second time we worked with Marjorie at Carpet Carousel, and I would highly recommend this business! They installed a runner on our stairs last year (which we still get compliments on!) and last month, they resized a kitchen rug for us. Both experiences have been so easy, professional, and QUICK!! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about my experience with Carpet Carousel. I needed a rug replaced quickly, and they offered several good-looking options that were not only affordable, but arrived in a week and a half. They worked me into the schedule and the room was transformed in no time. The installers had many years of combined experience and even gave me advice about a couple of other rugs in my home. From beginning to end, they were professional and easy to work with. During my last experience with them, they traveled quite a distance to install a stair runner with the same high level of service. Carpet Carousel is my go-to place for carpets.

We needed a runner for our basement stairs and had great experience with carpet carousel! Carol, in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable and Jason quickly came out to measure and was great to work with. Carpet Carousel is, without a doubt, the best carpet company we have ever worked with. We own a historic home. The walls aren’t straight, the floorboards don’t always sit flat and we had a very narrow staircase that needed carpet. Carpet carousel had extremely skilled installers come to our home to make sure that everything fit like a glove. Their showroom was beautiful and extremely organized. Every person that we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and clients. We can’t wait to work with them again on future projects

I installed a beautiful wool rug for my back staircase and the landing was ruined by my sick dog. Jason came right over and was able to take my extra remnant and installed it at no cost. The two installers were awesome. The look was perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Great service from the beginning with everyone involved.
