Brine’s customer service is the best! Every time I am in the store, I have a pleasant and positive experience. The employees go out of their way to make sure I always find what I need and they have the best racquet stringing service around!

This place is great and Maura is one of the nicest and sweetest ladies I have ever met. She helped me out and even met me on a Sunday to accommodate me and my kids! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Maura Brine is a fantastic business owner and great person to deal with, if you are looking for a small business where the owner is available and willing to make things right this is the place you are looking for. After a miscommunication with an employee Maura did such a good job handling the situation I not only recommend doing business here but look forward to doing business there again.

I purchased a north face coat from Brine in Sudbury. When I got home I noticed in one pocket was a dirty Kleenex and the other had Tylenol cold and flu capsules, on further inspection the coat smelled like perfume. So obviously someone returned it and it wasn't checked or cleaned. When I went to return it the "manager" never apologized, never offer anything for the waste of my time. No apology for how disgusting the coat was. Or no have a nice day. Worst customer service I have experienced. I will never step foot in there.

Outstanding staff. Very knowledgeable staff who will provide you with a perfect fit for your kids. I have shopped here for years and have never had a bad experience. I have gone to Comlax and Dick's and had some good but mostly mediocre sales people help me. Old school, superior customer service. I highly recommend this store.
