Brine’s customer service is the best! Every time I am in the store, I have a pleasant and positive experience. The employees go out of their way to make sure I always find what I need and they have the best racquet stringing service around!

This place is great and Maura is one of the nicest and sweetest ladies I have ever met. She helped me out and even met me on a Sunday to accommodate me and my kids! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude manager. Will never go there again. Too bad because I like supporting independent stores.
