Worst branch and now closed on Saturdays. Thisnjust started recently around the holidays. BOA is the worst, yet the only bank nationwide. The only thing worse about this branch is the ATM across the street that never works.

I asked for check book that I can sign and send to others, starting a few months ago. I did it in person twice and once on line. I am yet to get my check book. I was promised that I would get the check book each time I spoke to the person in your branch. I have not received one yet.

Customer service at BOA has generally been pretty bad in my experience. Very long wait times with torture-quality hold music and ads. It would also be convenient if the "Open" announcements on the website were not fictitious.
