Mark Alexander is the consummate professional. He took on a complex (and difficult) repair request, figured out the issue and fixed it perfectly. His bill was VERY fair and reasonable. I’d recommend him unequivocally.

Not long before I left Massachusetts, my engine mount failed on my Toyota. Another garage I normally like doing business with gave me an aftermarket part that failed in a matter of months.Mark at Alexander Automotive made sure I got a Toyota engine mount and ensure it was on properly. Also did it for a fair price. Two years later, I haven't had a single issue.I moved to Ohio so I am now too far away to come here, but the fact I haven't had to revisit my engine mount replacement after 2 years should speak volumes. A different shop said our shocks needed to be replaced. I called around for quotes and Mark asked me more details about why I thought the shocks needed to be replaced and if there was anything going on. He made me feel confident it was a necessary repair and charged much less than the other shop. He showed me the part that was leaking and communicated clearly about the timing. I felt comfortable asking all my questions and Mark was very respectful. Was definitely worth the drive to find a goods, trustworthy mechanic.

Always less expensive gas despite being full serve. Never had car repairs done but they do thorough car inspections. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

Moved out here not long ago, had a solid reliable and honest mechanic but it's too far from Sudbury. Had a minor oil leak, and I was worried some sheisty random mechanic was going to try to rip me off and charge me an arm and a leg for something simple. Mark was really efficient, communicative and honest - it was just the oil filter, but he had done a thorough check of my truck and saw that the back brakes were in... rough shape, to say the least. I told him to go ahead and deal with those, he didn't even charge me for the filter and oil change after fixing my brakes. Great to find a family run mechanic shop in the area that I can rely on and trust. 100% recommend Mark's shop here.

I've brought my car to Mark for repairs multiple times over the last 3 years. He's repaired suspension problems, fixed my brakes and provided general maintenance. Mark does the same work as the dealership for half the price.He does quality work, and provides great service. I trust him with absolutely everything about my car.It is so refreshing to find a mechanic that is unfailingly honest and always has the customer's best interest in mind.If you need a mechanic you can stop looking. This shop is so great that I drive all the way from Cambridge to Sudbury to have my car serviced by Mark. Mark and Eddie are car magicians! They fix the problem, do it at a fair price, and send you off the lot happy, safe and in a car that runs like a top. I can't say enough good things about Alexander Automotive. Friendly, fair, and fast. Thanks to Alexander Automotive, I'll bet my 2006 Honda, which has 204K miles on it, will run for another 204K! Yay!

I live 20 or so miles away from Alexander Automotive Services (AAS) but my brother lives right up the street from them. Luckily for me, my brother is also a customer of AAS, and he turned me on to them. Having your car serviced at AAS is a no brainer; when I bring my (and my Mom's) car in for service they always demonstrate that they have both my car's performance and my customer experience as their main goals. I really feel like I've stepped into another era, where professionalism and courtesy are at the forefront of the customer experience. I unhesitatingly and highly recommend that you consider AAS for all of your auto servicing needs, it is well worth the trip!
