Staff there always on the rush and don’t willing to help you I’ll get better deal by going to another store of Verizon on the main street, Sturbridge.

I am very dissatisfied. There was a male employee (I would know if I saw him) that sold my twins new iPhones around the tax-free weekend time last year. He tells me that the insurance is great I should get it as a family that it's only $100 deductible I just bring the phone in they swap it out at the store. I can give them my old phone. He tells me my Moto Z4 was a dinosaur that if I wait a month after getting the insurance I could crack the screen and bring it in and they could just swap it out for a more updated version. Of course I didn't do that I held on to my phone until recently after owning it for years the screen was broken and it turned blue and I can no longer use it. I go into the Verizon store where that employee was working that day and another employee tells me I have to go through asurion to use the insurance. My phone broke on a Friday. I went in first thing Saturday morning. They tell me I cannot get an overnight on the weekend that I had to wait until Monday so I went from Friday night until Monday around 4:00 pm without a phone. The phone I received was the same dinosaur still a 4G and it works way worse than my previous phone worked glitching out shutting off when I push on things and not responding. When I called up asurion they said oh we have a one year warranty as long as it's not damaged but will again send you the same phone. Keep in mind this was the same dinosaur of a phone. Long story short it's not worth getting the insurance in fact I would recommend you going to Walmart buying $100 or $150 phone and not getting locked into one of their contracts. Just get the insurance from Walmart (a one time fee) and in fact you can sign up at spectrum where it's cheaper to have a phone plan than Verizon. Verizon just gets you looped in so you can never get out of their plan with these contracts just deception all around if you have insurance trust me it's not worth it. Here is something Verizon does not want you to know it is way cheaper to have a prepaid phone because there is no contract associated with it and they want to keep you as a customer it's the people in contracts they don't take as good care of. I have a relative and he pays way less for his cell phone as a prepaid customer than I do in a postpaid account. I gave them two stars because it's clean at the store.

The manager dealt with a very inappropriate person who was cursing at and attacking her. He came back with flowers and an apology while she was helping me. She handled the situation with grace and kindness. I've always gotten great customer service. I appreciate the whole staff. Great work!

The guys at this location were very helpful, both Bryce and Sage, were very friendly and explained all the available promotions to my husband and I on different occasion's, Bryce even told me about the neighborhood and good places to eat being that were new to the area.

No phone number to call them directly so we went there on the way home from having a surgery to get a new phone. I’m non weight bearing so my father went in to see if someone could come to the car to talk to me so I could upgrade my phone. They refused to come outside. Lost a sale and a customer. There were no customers there, 4 sales people leaning on counters doing nothing. Unreal. Great customer service guys….

Idk how this store is profitable as they never carry items that are needed by customers such as phone cases. Whenever I come in this store for business it's in and out because they don't provide any services/products. What gives?

Stop buy today looking for a new phone deal I was greeted by a very unhappy person bad attitude logging in to the system I encounter a problem a system I Wes told to login in to sorry come back later I was told very bad customer service will not return I will be sure to let my friend and family not to do business at the store. Verizon customer for 38 years if you do not like your job go back to school!!! A second chance to treat me like garbage no way you need new employees GOOD LUCK!!

I had an ongoing issue with the new iphone I had recently purchased, and Erica helped me out so much. It was such a relief that she was able to get the problem resolved, and also understood my frustrations. 10/10 recommend her!

We went to this location after a salesman in Millbury sold us the wrong equipment for our business. Four months later and still no luck getting hold of someone to help us return/exchange the equipment. Apparently the salesman does not work anymore in the district so they need someone else to sign off the return/exchange. Meanwhile, we are paying for an equipment that we cannot use. We spoke with Joshua P at the Sturbridge office and he will try to find a resolution to this matter. We also sent him an email after we have not heard from him on the day he said he will send us an email. So let's see where this goes. So far we feel that there is no accountability whatsoever.

Mike, the wonderful guy from NY, was very helpful and made my experience exceptional! I bought a new Iphone, 5 accessories and a new Ipad because of his great customer service. He was personable, knowledgeable and very pleasurable to work with. Highly recommend him and this location. Very clean and very easy to park at and get in and out of.
