Terrible service and knowledge. Completely messed up my account which resulted in me paying a device payment after already paying for the phone out of pocket on the day of purchase. Failed to fix it despite multiple return visits to the store. Accidentally disconnected my service and didn’t realized it until I had to go back to the store again. They are an independent store so Verizon cant fix the problems either. 6 months later and I am still being over charged and spent hours each month on the phone try to get the problem fixed. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS STORE! Go to the corporate store down the street.

Shawna helped me on Monday and gave me all the deals to think about. Wednesday when I made my decision, I went back and Sage finished the process. I commend your staff! Your service and phones are expensive, but I have service when others don't. Thank you Shawna and Sage!

Sage was extremely helpful today with my husband and I. We were moving from google phones to iPhones. He was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly if everyone that worked for Verizon handled their customers with his level of professionalism they would have many more happy customers
