I drove 45 minutes from Holyoke to get gas here because the prices are excellent and I pulled up at five minutes of 10 and the lights are off. The pumps are shut down and the person who is supposed to be working is taking off in his car. do not say you’re open until 10 PM if you are not! Hire people that take responsibility seriously. This happened Friday night. March 29. I am disgusted.

I go there all the time and have had several rude employees that work there one refused to give me his name when I just casual asked because he looks familiar he has a beard and tattoos short hair kind of a odd ball very distrustful to a regular customer sincerely jp

Owner and management are so rude and disrespectful ill never go there again and if your looking for friendly people I'd go to the next gas station. I'd give it 0 stars if the option was available

The gas station has cheap gas, but the real gem is the automotive repair facility they have in the back. Those guys are top notch. Highly recommended for their quality, honesty, and ability to work with your budget. Any time I have any issue with my vehicles I call these guys 1st

This was the place we found the cheapest gas when we were in town. They have food, snack and drinks for sale inside. They also sell alcohol.

So I was on my way back from NYC with my family an my wheel bearing went an im from maine an had no clue what to do looked on Google an found this garage an let me tell you the service was top notch, the mechanics were right on it an got us back on the road in no time what a great experience.i would highly recommend them ?

They don't put water in the gas, do kick the tires when you go buy a car too. C'mon get real the people are great they're always polite helpful and just a good place to do business

Honestly horrible experience each time. Everyone seems to have such an attitude and horrible customer service. Maybe once have I been in there without a dirty look and lots of people I know also get dirty looks by workers and horrible customer service.

DO NOT get your vehicle fixed at this garage. I got my transmission replaced with a rebuilt one back in March. It was $4,000 dollars. To get it done. I asked what the warranty was before getting the repair done they told me one year warranty will today the transmission went on it I called them and they said it a one year warranty or 12,000 miles which I've put 20,000 on it . They never told me it was one year or 12,000 miles they told me there was a one year warranty.they will not do anything for me . That said they are okay with screwing a customer over. I repeat don't go to this garage. They don't care about customer's at all .

I usually don't have a problem but today...not one,not two BUT three people NOT WEARING A MASK! An employee and 2 customers and there's a sign saying to please wear a face mask! WHAT?! THE RULES DON'T APPLY TO YOU?!!! Until something is done or there's more employees who are not only gonna wear their mask but make sure customers are wearing theirs,I'll take my business else where...shame because I was a faithful customer.

Employees are never wearing masks. ?. One was out on floor checking inventory and another was vacuuming last time I was there. No masks even when not behind their shield
