Bought a 2004 Mercury Sable. Right from the start it misfired. I brought it back and they replace a few of the coil packs. Now, it needs a catalytic converter. I've only owned the car for 2 weeks!! He has not returned my calls, texts, or messages so we can come up with a mutual solution. I have contacted the Sturbridge Select Board and I am now filing in small claims court to get our money back. I would DEFINITELY NOT buy a car from him!!

Good cars at a decent price. I have bought a car there 2 years ago and had no problems with the vehicle. I highly recommend buying a car or truck from them.

I would of taken my business here years ago but, the girl named Kate I believe it was would say meet her there to look at a vehicle and then fail to show up each time. So much for gaining my business. I will shop somewhere else with responsible employees. Also judging by the looks of it, the owners don't give a s*** either, your lot is a mess as well as the weeds near the road. 1 star!!! 0 if it were applicable.

Found a 2004 Subaru Forester for sale, called and asked about it. I was told the car was great, it runs great, new timing belt, new head gasket, new water pump, new clutch, basically new parts all around. Come to find out i had it brought to a car mechanic nearby and he told me this car is barely drive-able. Rust everywhere, the worst repair work that he has ever seen. Never buy from this dealer. They will sell you a pile of s*** wrapped in newspaper and tell you its a Porsche. Go somewhere else

I was not even planning on buying a car at the present time. Working all night and with some time on my hands l was looking on Car Gurus and came across a 2006 Subaru Forester with 70,000 miles in what looked like great condition. I called Stirbrige Car Service in the morning and talked to Eric the owner. He gave me all the information on the vehicle l asked for. He was honest with me about some body work that was recently done on the car. I took a 50 minute drive to look and test drive the car. Eric was very accommodating for me and my girlfriend. We decided to by the car and drove it home the same day

When I bought the car, everything seemed fine. When I came back the next week to pick it up after I got the plates, it was hooked up to a battery charger.
