The store is clean and bright. Prices aren't terrible, but customer service is pitiful. The cashier never greeted me. The kid that acted like he was going to bag my items just organized them at the end of the checkout area, then stepped over to the other register and bagged that customers items. I started to quickly bag my things while the cashier stood and watched me while holding up the line. Too bad, because I really liked the store. Can't say that I will return.

I ordered a bag of carrots on Sunday, and put them in the crisper drawer. Today is Thursday, and I discovered that many of them were moldy!!! Absolutely unacceptable that something like this was given to a customer!

I shop at Shaws weekly as I'm sure most people do I have never had any issues except for yesterday . I always purchase 2 containers of fruit , upon checking out one of the containers (watermelon) tipped over and the cover came off , the cashier was clearly upset so I apologized and she completely ignored me and was cleaning her hands like she had just touched something disgusting , she continued to make it obvious to everyone what had just happened and tossed my container onto the empty register behind her , while her packer left to grab me a new one . I was really uncomfortable and I am certain she is a new employee because she was trying the previous week , I wasn't greeted , she did not say a word to me. I'm not trying to be petty but if you already dislike your job this much then maybe it's not for you .

Good selections. Fresh produce, flowers, meats. Only drawback is get charged the wrong prices than what's on the shelf.

I shop this store multiple times a week, whether for home or work because it’s convenient for me. The one thing that really irritates me is the wifi never works in the store, so I can never scan the items with a digital coupon. Why bother posting barcodes for the digital coupons if you can’t scan them?? The employees are always pleasant, but I would love to see a couple of self checkout lanes as sometimes they don’t have enough people doing checkout.
