Every time have trouble with refueling through app. If you can find a parking spot- you are lucky. For some reason, it is here somebody very often leave the truck on the fuel island and go to the shower, subway or just sleep

When it comes to customer service I give a 10/10! I would like to thank the manager CJ for accommodating me! I’m in my 8th month of pregnancy and CJ put me in handicap parking for my 34 hour reset and said if I needed anything to notify management. That truly meant a lot to me and I’m also going to mention this great deed to corporate. The entire facility was very clean and the other employees customer service skills were impeccable as well. I must say this Pilot has a great team!!!

Truck drivers pull into the pump and sit there for 45 or more minutes and nobody stops it! Every time I come here, I have to wait over an hour to get fuel!!! This is the worst Pilot for getting fuel. They need pump alarms to get truckers to move.

I usually don't give 5 stars but Pilot Sturbridge totally deserves it! When I came in last night they were very busy and were short handed but the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and fresh, and the store was surprisingly clean and well stocked considering how busy it was. This morning I came in to get a shower, and even though it was still very busy I didn't have to wait too long. The shower was clean and HUGE! Plenty of hot water, 2 big benches, one inside the shower, one outside. Very nice! Thank you Pilot! As a trucker, I can't begin to tell you how much this is appreciated! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

Diesel pumps have low pressure. Takes to much time to fill up. Have someone come increase the pressure.
