“Yesterday was a rough day. After waiting 3 hrs to be seen at an urgent care in Worcester, I rushed back to town and arrived at the window just at 9pm closing time. The man who came to the window was kind and heard my plea to complete the transaction for the meds my sick children needed even though they were technically closed. I was so grateful and relieved! “Visited the pharmacy area as the minute clinic had just closed. I was stung twice by a yellow jacket. On the knee and left upper eye lid. It was sore, a little swollen and my doctor's office was also closed. The pharmacist was busy but came over to advice me. Took a look and strongly suggested I contact my provider for direction. I called my pcp and was told to wash the infected area, ice it, and pick up some benadryl. The pharmacist came over and helped me locate exactly what I needed. It was great advice and excellent service. Thank you CVS pharmacy staff in charlton, ma.”
