If you're into old military rifles, this is a good store to visit. Has the odd old rifle with history or good value pistol. Also, has some more modern stuff. John is very knowledgeable on the stuff he sells. Good place to talk about guns. Can easily spend a hour talking about all kinds of related things. Also, if you're looking for something in particular, he may be able to get it. It's an old musty store, kind of an old throwback to the good ol' days... Worth a visit. I like to stop in once in a while to see what he's picked up.

I've bought two rifles from Brons and I've enjoyed my experiences thoroughly. Haven't been in much as of late due to being busy myself, but I can make an honest recommendation for these guys. Last time I was there I bought an enfield and I think we talked for 45 minutes about Mausers (specifically Belgian & Serbian)

Bought a 1936 mosin from this shop. The rifle was in very good condition and priced fairly, they answered any questions I had along with explaining the history of the rifle and how to disassemble and clean it.I had a small feeding issue with the bolt, so I went back and told him what I was experiencing. They were more than happy to help me solve it. They worked the bolt a bit, and took a look at the barrel and bore! They told me it could be a problem with the ammo and they gave a some brass cartridges to try out. Turned out (as I’m writing this) that it was just a problem with the ammo. My particular mosin was just really fussy with steel cased ammo.5 out of 5 for service, price, and politeness.

I bought a milsurp rifle from this shop a year or so ago and could not be happier with my purchase. The rifle was priced fairly, in good condition and is a pleasure to shoot. In addition, as a previous poster has pointed out, the shop carries ammunition for everything that they sell and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Best prices around, he doesn't stock "new" inventory but will find you anything that you want (MA approved of course). Great store, very helpful, #1 in the state IMHO.

I called to ask a question about an old rifle that I was unable to find anywhere else, and was asked "How many would you like?" Excellent service, and even from just a phone call I was treated wonderfully in comparison to other big name shops. All of my questions were answered and I also learned a thing or two that I didn't realize I was forgetting. Excellent service, very pleasant and I will definitely be going to this shop several times.

Mr. Bron is very knowledgeable and very fair with pricing. I can honestly say I've learned something new every time I've visited. His stock is mostly made up of milsurps from all over the world, to include a small selection of historical handguns. In addition, he prides himself on always making ammunition available for everything he sells, regardless of how obscure. While the store is small, it's certianly worth a visit if you're in the area.

Shop is actually located at 630 Main Street in Fiskdale, MA. Very limited hours so make sure the shop is open before trying to go there. It is mostly milsurp long guns for sale but John has added a few modern guns as well. Still, his specialty (and expertise) is all in the old stuff.
