Nick was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t understand the way some of the deals work when getting a credit after buying a new phone, but he took the time to explain it to me so that I wasn’t confused by the time I left!

Not Jose, was on May 22. Since then he left company. Today, Nick Lambert had to correct a $500 error that was made on May 22. He was great! Sat on the phone with Verizon quite awhile explaining it several times until I was credited for the error.
