I wish I could select more than 5 stars for the customer service we received from Beverly. Outstanding. If you were Googling other shops that carry Hunter Douglas and high quality window treatments - stop. Just visit The Reflective Designer. You will be glad you did.

That was easy! We replaced our windows and needed new shades and blinds. We couldn't find what we needed at a big box store, and gave Beverly a call. She was able to come to our house the next day (!) and with her guidance we were able to select the shades and blinds we needed from the samples she brought with her. She measured and then gave us a quote later that day, which was very competitive with pricing we were seeing on line. Within four weeks our shades and blinds were in and installed. They are exactly what we need; they function perfectly and look great. We really enjoyed working with Beverly.

My wife and i found the Reflective Designer on line and visited the store this summer and met Beverly. We had a great experience in the store picking out the Hunter Douglas blinds thanks to Beverly’s expertise. She then came to our home and did the measurements for the windows in our dinning room and living room. We paid up front and in a few weeks the order came in and she had her installer come over that week. He too did a great job on the installation and we fell in love with the new look. We are extremely happy with the whole experience and highly recommend the Reflective Designer for others who are looking for new window treatments.

I was at the store 6/7/21 to fix a part of the curtain that broke. when entering the store I loved the arrangement of curtains that is around the store. the best part was the care, and attention that was given to me, not to mention the help in fixing the piece that was broken, very happy with today's visit.Will recommend store to Family and my clients ??

Beverly and her assistant responded quickly and repaired our old damaged window shade perfectly! They were prompt, courteous and professional. We couldn't be happier or asked for more. We recommend them without reservation as you will be very happy with the results.

Beverly was amazing to work with! We needed a repair to our existing blind. She was quick to troubleshoot a solution and kept us updating on a part delivery. Once our part was in she worked her magic and I left with a repaired blind! It was great working with her.

I recently had Hunter Douglas Solera window treatments installed in my 4 bedrooms & master bath. I had used the Reflective Designer in the past and was very pleased with my experience both times. Beverly was fantastic to work with and helped make the selection process very simple. I am so pleased with the product that was installed by her expert installer. I couldn’t be more delighted with the options available and my final selection. I would highly recommend Beverly for any of your window treatments or design service needs.

We had the pleasure of working with JB after we first met at a Networking group. I told him about some issues I was having with our Hunter Douglas blinds purchased a few years before. He came by the house to check them out and had the company replace them! No Hassles at all!! When we had a flood in our home and had to replace the blinds in our family room, guest room and the carpet replaced in our entire home, I immediately contacted JB. He took care of us very well and I would highly recommend him!

Twenty-some years ago I bought shades from the previous owner of Bev's shop. They lasted well and were ready to be retired. I went to Bev and planned to just reorder the same shades (with strings). Then I got talking to her and realized I was speaking to an expert so I asked if she would visit my home and advise on replacement shades. She did and she measured and ordered lovely shades (without strings) and placement is now with no gaps so the room looks so much improved. It was a pleasure working with Bev and her team. I highly recommend her for professionalism, efficiency, and yes, price, as well.

Working with Beverly was a delight. She came to our house with lots of samples and offered professional suggestions regarding the new shades/draperies for our dining room and family room. Quote followed in a timely manner but was out of our budget. Beverly patiently came up with a new proposition with different products until we agreed on a choice. Quality material was punctually delivered and installed. The Reflective Designer may not be the cheapest option on the market but you will neither regret investing in long lasting shades nor enjoying the smooth process and trust.

The Reflective Designer Stow is the current name of this business, and working with them has been one of the worst customer experiences of my life. In May 2017 Elaine Monaco came to my house to measure and show me some options for window treatments for my kitchen. I selected one that I liked and we completed the paperwork. Elaine was very friendly at that time. We specifically spoke about scheduling installation around my work and family life schedules. Elaine told me it would be absolutely no problem.
