Karen at the front desk is amazing. Sandeep has been unfortunately quite difficult to work with, which is particularly unfortunate considering his good reviews here. He did not answer any questions I had about my taxes despite sending several messages over several days asking for clarification. He instead called me days later, asking me to reject the return and pay the $155 filing fee as if I was telling him he did something wrong. Finally, when I asked him about the lack of communication when I finally got him on the phone, he said "typing is not my thing."I will visit other H&R Block locations next year as a DIRECT result of Sandeep's attitude and way of doing business. Please reconsider this location, or at LEAST do NOT use Sandeep using this review as a reference.

My experience over the past 8 or 9 years has been very good. My tax preparer is very efficient and very knowledgeable. She makes the process stress-free.
