“Great Road Vintage is a wonderful store to visit with my baby granddaughter. The staff are friendly and helpful. On every visit I see new items that interest me. However, I need to ask my son’s approval before I purchase anything for a house that we co-own. I am attaching a photo showing two mirrors, two chairs and a bench that I purchased with my son’s blessing. We are very happy with everything that we have bought that also includes another bench and two chairs in another space.”

“Jim was great!I called to get dimensions for drawers for the Millstone Island.(The drawer dimensions are not listed on the website. Overall dimensions are listed, but not individual drawer dimensions.)I tried the Live Chat, which did not have the info and they directed me to try the customer service email and the customer service 1-800 number. The 1-800 number did not have the info, but they checked inventory to see which store had the item in stock so I could call and ask a salesperson to measure. Then the 1-800 rep transferred me to the Natick Store.Jim answered the phone and took the time to measure the three types of drawers on the item and also how far the drawers pulled out. This information is incredibly crucial to me since I do not have a lot of space in the intended room and i'm trying to maximize every inch.Jim sounded like he was having a super busy morning, but he was polite and speedy and I very much appreciate his attention!”

“Been coming to this urban for quite a while now and I gotta say the workers I see everyday there for the past few months have been working extremely hard and you can see it. Me and my mom see the same 3 faces like everyday a young lady with glasses always finds everything I need when I ask, and I always see this kind guy with braids who I've seen just about everywhere in the store running to help a customer! It's nice seeing such amazing workers work through times that are really busy!”
“When I called Pottery Barn Kids in Natick, MA today to discuss a gift for a new baby girl I was fortunate to get Laura R. Searching their store on line I spotted the PBK wooden blocks. There are various sets & I wanted to get the most appropriate one, knowing this little one wouldn't be playing w/them for quite awhile. Laura reviewed each set w/me & couldn't be nicer. When she didn't know the answer to one of my questions & needed a moment to go in the back room & take a look at the product, I appreciated her thoroughness. FYI: I had read so many negative reviews regarding rude behavior by associates in the PB stores prior to calling. I personally would recommend Laura R. in the Natick Mall. You will be more than happy. I certainly was!!! MRR”

“Hands down, I received the best service and product from Arhaus Natick. We were at a loss on how to reconfigure our family room, Tannika and Robin were top notch with their service and recommendations. Tannika took photos and measured every detail of the room to give us several options. Back at the showroom, Robin and Tannika worked with us to find the best fit for our needs which resulted in a beautiful new sectional, chair and poof, that worked well with our existing pieces. The room is much brighter and has more seating, our two main goals. Thank you Tannika & Robin!”
