Colonial Spirits has the rudest owners I went to return my bottles and the older lady that owns it is the rudest person I have ever met, yelling at me for returning bottles that I bought there, do yourself a favor try another liquor store don't go there

Horrendous customer service from the female manager. She was incredibly rude to me, to the point where I was in tears, and refused to be accommodating at all despite the fact that the problem was on their end. I work in customer service, myself, and I was absolutely appalled.

No sanitiser available after using card reader or in the store or screens to protect cashiers. I doubt they are cleaning and sanitizing the checkout area as state required.
