I take a opiate pill for a back surgery, now walking around with 2 Rods & 6 Screws in back. So this HAS HAPPEN 3 TIMES NOW. One of the pharmacists are on drugs this has happened before now she comes back to the phone and tells me oh I'm sorry we do have 32 of your pills here you can come and get them and then she calls me back 10 minutes later and she says no the pharmacist put all of the pills in there and they're f****** lying somebody's on drugs up there and I was up there and I called my doctor and I have to wait for her to call me back on Monday to find out what I should do because they're not going to get away with this. The pharmacist that filled my prescription it was Friday about 12:30 October the 1st Christina Davis who is the supervisor there she is in on the whole thing OK somebody in the pharmacy is on drugs now they trying to steal 38 of my pills can you believe that you don't expect that from Walgreens a big major pharmacy but you wait until I get to the bottom of this this is ridiculous like I said so now I will never leave the pharmacist without helpharmacist without counting them because they are Criminals they should give them all drug tests to death somebody smoking meth somebody's a f****** crackhead. Is the Christina Davis the pharmacy supervisor.???? So I called my doctor and of course it's after hours and I have to wait until Monday to find out what to doI but I'm calling a corporate a number now. They're not gonna shun me I do not abuse my pills I cannot believe that they stole them I know this is happening before

12.30 WOW Walgreens in whom we trust. Who promises to be a pharmacy and a store, our community drug store, that serves our needs doesn't offer sanitation wipes, disinfectant spray or gel either at the front entrance or at the pharmacy counter!!! National emergency and all precautions must be taken to insure citizens stay healthy. This is inexcusable. Called corporate of course they are closed on weekends. A pandemic and the leading drugstore in the country doesn't have a basic customer service person on weekends. What's that cost for a couple of people on the weekend in a National Emergency. They should have a 24/7 hotline! Regional manager's head should roll! Even if a manager needs to drive to another Walgreens or ask staff if anyone has extra or post at the door that anyone who has extra volunteer it for the public good. Lives depend on it. Going to check other Walgreens in the area. Call first. Do not go into stores that don't care about your health and safety!! #Wethinksnot Also Canton and Foxboro out Norwood said at the time they did. I suggest use the drive through for meds and for anything else use delivery.

Service to the customer is not a priority at Walgreens. When lines are long filling prescriptions is more important than helping the people at the counter.

Beyond inferior customer service. Both my father and mother use this pharmacy only because it's close to their house and every time they go in to pick up prescriptions the clerks do Not even acknowledge that they are there or that there would be a wait and when they finally do acknowledge them it takes over 40 minutes to get a prescription filled that had been called far in advance. Recently I called in for my mother's prescription and after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes someone answered said hold on a minute and hung up...unacceptable!!! They need to hire friendly and more competent staff.

This pharmacy is the worst ever. We've been going here for many years but no longer. They leave messages that the rx is ready but I get there and they don't know why I got a call cuz it's not ready! So frustrating. And no satisfaction when you tell them you're not satisfied with their service. Oh well. They're understaffed they say. That's not my problem. They're rude and act like they could care less.

The worst Walgreens and pharmacy I've ever been to. I had a prescription transferred over from my main Walgreens (which I love) just on an urgent one time basis since I was late picking it up and my main place was closing. I called to order the prescription in at this Stoughton one and was on hold on 5 different phone calls for 20mins each where no one picked up. So I decided to go to the store and confronted the person behind the counter. I asked her if her phones weren't working to which she responded with a very long delay and said a long "yes". I said "so y'all are just ignoring your phones" and she said "umm yeah sort of". Enough said.

The store itself is ok the pharmacy is probably the worst I've been to. The last straw was when they put the wrong labels on my mom's medication, so we got the heck out of there before they killed one of us. I hope they get closed down
