I recently moved to Canton and needed to get a rug we purchased cut and bound to fit the size of our room. My preference is to use local (Canton, Norwood, Stoughton) business’. I googled and The Carpet Workroom popped up in my search. I called or emailed, not sure. Someone (turns out it was Matt) got back to me promptly - wanted to know the extent of the work needed, gave me timeline when it could be done and a price. He stated up front that they were busy and cautioned me it will take a few weeks - I ALWAYS appreciate upfront communications and was fine with when the rug would be returned.
Chris and John picked up my rug and that meant moving my furniture and re-placing back on the floor. It took all of 15 mins.
Matt emailed me the time frame again and sent a link for payment. I asked if I could get it sooner. He said he’d check and I could.
Payment was easy. Chris and John delivered my rug, moved the furniture again, worked diligently to insure it was placed exactly where I wanted it, cut the rug pad, again straightened it out and put the furniture ba k on the rug. They were pleasant, accommodating and efficient.
The experience was hassle free, which I so appreciated. Thanks guys…

I highly recommend The Carpet Workroom! In addition to having great products, the team there is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. In a time of need, they made a wonderfully generous donation of some high quality carpet remnants to the elementary school that I work for in Roxbury. It's almost impossible to run an elementary classroom without carpets for students to sit on for reading and community building. In our hour of need The Carpet Workroom came through with a very timely donation so we would be ready for our first day of school. Our teachers and students are deeply appreciative of this generosity, and I hope everyone who is in need of their products will consider supporting this community-minded business.

I never had carpet installed.. I didn’t know where to go. I went to a few carpet places and I have to say, “Carpet Workroom “ is the best! I am so pleased with their services.. they are professional, kind, knowledgeable, with awesome carpet selections! I highly recommend “Carpet Workroom “!

I’ve gotten three rooms carpeted and a sunroom completed with vinyl planking using The Carpet Workroom. I’m looking forward to using them again. Their selection of carpets and price range is extensive plus they’re very easy to work with. I highly recommend using them for your floors.

Start to finish, The Carpet Workroom provided exceptional service! My old runner needed replacing - and they helped make it happen safely and quickly despite COVID. The office was very responsive to my email inquiries/questions. They mailed samples to my house in a matter of days, helped me maximize my budget, and offered friendly service along the way. The installer worked fast, following all COVID safety protocols, and did an absolutely beautiful job. We're so happy with our new runner and will recommend The Carpet Workroom to all our friends and family.
