I arrived early for my appointment (sorry, fellas). The team took my keys, got me settled in the lobby with WIFI, were kind enough to recommend a place to grab some breakfast, turned the car around in short order (2 hrs.), and my 15-year old car rides like a dream now.
Sullivan made it easy for me, and the customer service was exceptional at every turn from scheduling to completing the transaction. Thank you, Team Sullivan.

Either through incompetence or greed, they tried charging me over $500 for a windshield wiper linkage that I ended up buying directly from Nissan for $35 and about an hour and a half of my own personal time to install. Granted, I am no mechanic Sullivan . Tire told me I needed a new motor along with the bracket which I 100% knew to be a lie. I will say they were very polite and accommodated me quickly. But I’m still just so shocked that they would try to charge me over $500 for turned out to be a very simple repair

Great service, great people. Robert at the desk was great to talk to and made my day a lot better with the service and support he provided. I was able to get home because of them. Definitely recommend

Excellent service and customer focus at Stoughton Sullivan Tire! I purchased protection plan for tires on both of my cars - it proved beneficial for one of my cars, as the staff noticed and fixed a tire problem. I really liked quick service and excellent work!

I had a scheduled preventive maintenance. I wanted it to be done as quick as possible and they did just that. I sat down, read couple messages on my phone and that’s it. The service was done ✅ Great job ??

The guy at the Front desk is nasty. While I was in front of him, he cleaned her snot with his tongue. This is a very unacceptable customer service, and the owner should take immediately action to address this. I’m not coming back to this place.

I clicked on get pricing and availabily on yelp and got neither after providing information about my car. They said to call for an appointment. Why should their price be a secret when I searched for oil change near me?
