Fair new to the ccw world. I went into Steve’s tactical because my current ccw the p365 macro was a bit big and I was having difficulties with concealing it. I told the clerk I was there to purchase the p365. Instead of selling it to me he educated me on the modularity of the p365 and instead of paying 550 for a new firearm I could just pay 65 for a new grip and it would meet my needs. Thanks guys you definitely have my future buisness

Northing short of amazing customer service. Felt welcomed from the second I walked in. All the guys were absolutely fantastic, Jacob was amazing and beyond helpful. Will definitely be back again!

Absolutely best experience buying firearms. I spotted a pistol on their website that no other shop had and I drove over to visit. I am not fond of this area and its always been a bit shady. This place sits in a small stip mall and is the last store and covered by cameras and a Ring doorbell to let you in with reason due to this area. I went in and this staff could not have been friendlier. They let me see some pistols and even talked to me about pros and cons. I was quickly set up with the pistol I wanted and even set me up with a customer made leather holster set. Prices are decent and competitive and this is an all around great shop I will be sure to be coming back to for more business.

Got my first gun here, and i felt welcomed right when i got out my car! They explained everything to me and didn't make me feel dumb at all. It was a great first time experience and I already recommended them to friends and family!

My brother is a long time customer and recommended Steve's. I needed some ammo so stopped in half hour before they closed, but I was welcomed in and treated as if they just opened. I was encouraged to take my time and ask as much question as possible about any firearm. Steve's will now become my go to shop for guns and ammo.

I’m not really the type of person to write reviews on google, but after my visit(s) to Steve’s tactical I would be being selfish not to let others know. I am a black woman and from the moment i stepped in i was treated and assured that i was just like ANY firearm holder. They didn’t have what i was looking for and Steve ordered it with no hesitation and it came literally a day later.This was my first firearm purchase and they made the process so seamless, Steve sat and showed me how to maneuver my purchase and answered every question i had.They’re so kind, knowledgeable and don’t make you feel pressured, did i mention they were kind? I’ve been to other places where i felt intimated just by walking in and here i was greeted with a warm smile.I’m looking forward to going back & if you haven’t gone yet this is your sign.Thank you so much Steve & the rest of your team!

Steve’s tactical was one of the best experiences I’ve had being a first time gun owner. They walked me through the whole process of buying a firearm (purchased a canik TP9SF) and they educated me on different firearms, cleaning, and the different rounds. Great learning experience and buying experience! I’m definitely making this place my go to place for my firearm needs.

Went in to purchase a side arm and from the second they unlocked the door, service was excellent.They listened to my needs, matched me with a few firearms that fit what I was looking for and went through the pros and cons of each.I was very happy with my purchase and due to the excellent service, I bought several accessories (even though I knew I could get them cheaper elsewhere).Will definitely be my go-to store going forward.I'll pay a premium for good service any day.

Convenient location, very friendly, accommodating staff. Only negative is its a small shop with limited inventory. But again they are most helpful and eager to find whatever you need.

Steve's is a great shop, however...I purchased my first rifle there. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. Being excited to make my new purchase, the salesperson sold me on some accessories including a rifle bag. I thought it was a bit large and overkill for my rifle, but I went with it. It turns out it was not the bag I would be happy with, so I went to return for a store credit. It also turns out "all sales are final" at Steve's. Even accessories you can find elsewhere. I didn't notice a sign. There may have been one. Nor was I notified of the policy. I personally feel that is a horrible policy for retail items you can purchase anywhere. I spent a lot of money, and was just looking for a store credit on this one item, so they wouldn't lose the sale. So, although I was happy with my overall experience, it will be difficult for me to justify going back for additional purchases. It kind of burns me they their policy doesn't allow them to build customer relationships.
