Employees are noted for being easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about their products, even offering helpful information about specific engines. The team provides hands-on help, such as installing items like wiper blades, bulbs, and LED lamps for customers. While generally very positive, a suggestion was made for staff to greet every customer with a simple "hello" or "how can we help you?" to ensure a consistently welcoming experience. This store is a recommended go-to place for all automotive needs, carrying the necessary parts, tools, and accessories.
This place is good help is good you can tell when there stressed a lil but it happens every where. Autozone used to be my number 1 to go to first but the new people there don’t want to help and sometimes don’t know anything. Oreillys at least has a knowledgeable staff.
