Really love how easy it is to book an appointment online and usually can find a readily available time slot. The NPs have been pleasant, helpful, and professional. Everything is very clean inside the exam room, and for the most part, the appointments run on time.

Minute Clinic seems to work smoothly or terribly. I was one of the unlucky ones. I appreciate the convenience and simplicity of using Minute Clinic. But the lack of a front desk and online portal to message your care provider makes follow-up questions impossible to get answered. I had a issue with insurance that my prescriber (Kelly Currier) could help fix but it was impossible to reach her. Lack of continuity makes this service useless in many cases.

Scheduled a visit because of several symptoms that made me feel awful. Couldn't have been a more pleasant and professional experience. The NP Monique and her assistant that she was training were very kind and thorough. I won't hesitate to go again. A++ grade.

Went for a DOT physical, but forgot a doctors note for a prescription I was on. Was told to just bring in later and they'll finalize the work, no problem. Came in the next day with the digital doctors note, but now it needs printed so they can scan it into the system. Didn't quite understand why I need to make a physical copy of something already digital just to rescan it, but I did it anyway by driving 15minutes away to a staples and back. Finally get everything in and they hit me with an additional $35 charge on top of the $109 for the physical for having to come back. No one told me about this and it just seemed they didn't care about anything. Constistently screwing me over on all sides.Go anywhere, but here. Miscommunications, lack of care, double charging.

Actual review score is ZERO. Despite our making appointments in advance for flu shots for a family of four, the MinuteClinic people did not even show up! We arrrived early to find our names and appointments times displayed on the electronic monitor ...and a hand-written note below that the clinic was closed today. With all their wiz-bang scheduling technology, they still find a way to show a complete lack of respect for people's time. To add insult to injury, they directed us to 800-number hell.

I came here to be seen and I signed in when I got here and some later came after me and signed in and for some reason they took her even though I was here first they still took the lady that was after me and she was all rude about it ! I will never come here again .
