Unfortunately, the partners the meest company works with, leave a deep disappointment. I paid a fairly decent amount of money for high-speed air delivery, and the parcel goes 2 times longer than the promised time. during this time, the package loses weight by 2.5 kilograms and important things disappear! terrible disappointment. No trust anymore. I doubt I will use this service again soon :(

I had a great experience shipping a package to Ukraine for the first time at this Meest location. The website linked in the Google map description had helpful info on phone number to call to make an appointment. I recommend that if it’s your first time. The gentleman inside was incredibly helpful and patient, and guided me through the process of registering online and filling out the customs form. We are hopeful the package arrives fine, and if it does we definitely will be using them again! The ship time via air was estimated 10-14 days and I found the pricing reasonable.It’s a little hard to find if you haven’t been there before, as the entrance is around the back of the shopping plaza and there was no signage on the street level. But if you go in the plaza, there is a sign for 45 R that points to the driveway around back, there’s a Ukrainian flag outside the door ☺️

Great service, used it years ago in Philadelphia, now it's even more convenient with tracking, online payment, and the fact that you don't need to go to Norwell if it's too far. Just send the package to their warehouse via USPS and they take care of the rest. Recipient in Ukraine was "floored" by the level of service, thought it was the best ever

I think this company is a thief.I've sent a package on February 2nd 2022. They couldn't deliver.Not willing to return to sender or process the insurance claim.Ignoring completely - I've sent 7 emails and they are not responding to my messages.What a shame. It's the First time I came across such behavior in MA. In my opinion this company doesn't deserve to be called a business.

Horrible service. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. They lost my package, disinformed me about my shipment status and finally did not really delivered it to addressee (despite the status "Delivered" in their system).

Great service! Has been sending packages the past year. Packages Always make to final destination. Sea package can get stuck in customs and be a bit delayed (8 weeks vs 6) but air gets there fast, under 2 weeks.
