I ended up at Lou’s custom exhaust in Canton (moved from Stoughton) bc the jeep dealership recommended them as wel as several people from FBl. It was a great experience! No appointment needed and was fixed in 1/2 hr! They physically show you the problem and then the final work. Very impressed!

I had the pleasure of going to Lou's Custom Exhaust In Canton ma. I cannot say enough good things about the service and the quality of their work. I was a walking and within 2 hours I had a complete system from headers all the way out to the custom tips done on my Hemi power 1936 Ford coop. They showed me different styles of mufflers that would work for me and was able to do a great job with a great price. Paul, Lee and the crew could not have been any nicer. If you're looking for any exhaust work stock or custom Lou's Custom Exhaust is your place to go. I highly recommended I would give them 5 stars all day long. If you need work done tell him Richie PRIMETIME sent you. You won't be disappointed ✌???❤

Paul absolutely killed it today on my Alfa Romeo .. stopped down to speak with him about a custom exhaust and he pulled the car right in. He laid out the plan and walked me through his ideas.... picked the car up a couple hours later and it sounds nasty ? the entire interaction could not have been any better. Stand up talented guys over here Lou's. Thank you again Paul, you are a true professional.

My daughter's car had the exhaust fall out in upstate NY. She took it to a local place up there and an estimate of $3800. She towed it home and a few friends including my mechanic recommended Paul at Lou's. Very nice people, all in with 2 year Guarantee for $650! They treated everyone great while I was there. They reinstalled things that the guy in NY wanted to sell. I will go there with any exhaust issue from now on.

Went into the shop at 8am on a Saturday...spoke with Paul and Larry...Larry took my truck in immediately and upgraded my muffler in just about an hour! Personable and excellent craftsmanship. I will not hesitate to come back for any exhaust needs...Owners Paul and Sue are great people and the rest of the staff are fantastic. Thanks again!

Unfortunately I was not happy with my experience here. In October 2022 I was here and spent $800 for them to repair my catalytic converter. The customer service was great and I was confident I was making a good choice. Now, in August 2024, the work they did came undone and a big hole was left behind. Since I also needed a new muffler (unrelated), I called Lou’s to see about my two year warranty and also inquire about costs for repair and a new muffler.
I am not experienced with cars and I was a little confused on the whole process. The person who answered the phone was very rude and seemed irritated to be on the phone with me. When I asked a question about the warranty, he abruptly just told me to bring the car in and he seemed very eager to get off the phone. At one point he even asked me “what are you getting at?” I ended up having my car repaired somewhere else. I regret spending so much money here in the first place and am just really disappointed since I was previously recommending this place to others.

I had an amazing experience at this particular Lou’s Custom Exhaust. Long story short, I got my mids cut off from another shop absolutely hated them. Sue the receptionist was very friendly and helpful I’m helping me speak to someone who could help me with my situation. Larry and the guys were a rockstar in helping me navigate this situation. He fixed my muffler right up and gave me the EXACT sound I was wanting on my dodge charger!! He did a killer job and I left the place with a huge smile on my face and a better sounding car than what I initially had at the other place. This Lou’s Custom Exhaust is a must go to!! They do impeccable work, take their time, and care about their clients. I never felt so welcomed and taken care of by a shop. Thank you so much guys!!! You guys are phenomenal.

Owner of the shop is a really nice guy. All of his employees are as well. I came in for a small issue with a new cat converter I replaced 3 months ago as the weld broke at the bracket that attaches to the car . They welded it back together and I was in and out in a half hour !! Great customer service and great at what they do. I would recommend this shop to anyone around that needs exhaust work done big or small . Thank you Lou’s!
