“I can not say enough wonderful things about Cindi and her store. every step was made so easy, her employees helped guide us in all the right directions. my fiancé and I were given a family diamond and didn't know how to start the process of resetting it. we visited many other stores and were met with not so friendly employees who only wanted to sell us diamonds of their own and were not interested in helping us create a new setting. The second I walked into Cindi's store I was attended to right away and we were taken seriously for a change. we got to sit down and look at every design they sold and were encouraged to customize any setting we wanted! nothing was off the table I was never told no, or that my ideas would be too difficult to create. every idea I said was written down in my own little file and every time I went back they had my file ready. “I was recently in your Braintree store to have a band added to my ring and was helped by Teal Hayes, Assistant General Manager. As someone who doesn’t usually write reviews, I couldn’t not take the time to tell you how absolutely wonderful Teal was to work with. She was professional, helpful, and most importantly in this day and age, kind. I described the change I wanted to make to my ring, and not only did she understand exactly what I wanted, but she made sure the jeweler knew, too. For this reason alone, you have gained a loyal customer in me. On top of that, Teal made sure I was comfortable; when I expressed my hesitance to leave the ring overnight, she arranged a date and time for me to come back while the jeweler worked on it—this took no more than an hour, and every time I’ve been back, Teal has greeted me with a hello and a friendly smile. I wanted to make sure you knew what a stellar employee you have in Teal. She provides the type of help that has to be experienced to truly be understood. It is my wish for this review to go straight to the President of Jared, because Teal Hayes deserves to be recognized and compensated for her truly above-and-beyond customer service.

“I needed a gift and fast! I called to see if they had a particular watch but while on hold had to take another call that took a lot longer than expected. I received a call back and returned the call shortly after closing. They went out of their way to provide their cell phone number so I could text them a picture of what I was looking for, remember this was after closing the store. They had what I wanted and opened the store so I could purchase all while providing exceptional customer service. Thank you to the Manager I believe her name was Britney and her colleague Alex. But since re-sizing would ruin the inscription, he touched it up, for no cost so I could return it to the original seller without any fee. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them.
