I usually don’t write reviews, but feel like I have to. I have been a lifelong resident of Stoughton and know of Huggard And Euwing for a long time but never bought a car there. That has all changed recently when my so. Got his license and needed a car. I can’t say enough about the whole team at the is dealership. The Sales team are so welcoming and put no pressure on you whatsoever to buy. They are very honest and trustworthy. I got an amazing deal for
My son’s first vehicle, which he absolutely loves. I also can’t say enough about Jose in the service dept, whenever you need anything you call and he actually picks up the phone, if he’s with a customer he will call you right back. Haven’t seen this type of service in a long time. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Will be buying all my future cars from these folks!

We paid and they said they hadn't paid, not to mention that when we picked up the car they said the bank hadn't accepted it.

I will never go back to this place again, terrible experience, the financing was approved and then they said no, I had already added the car to the insurance and paid the down payment and now they said that the bank did not approve it, terrible!!

The owner absolutely sucks he is a stuck up snob that only cares about the car sales and not the customers. Had my vehicle for less than 2 weeks and the alternator died on me in the middle of Boston rush hour traffic and he wouldn't even have it towed back to there shop for it to be repaired!

It is a frustrating experience.
Bought a Hyundai Tucson 2020, which they clearly told me has no problem. After buying the car, couple driving cycles it start to stall/hesitate.
Had to go there 5 times trying to get it diagnosed and fix.
What kind of mechanic would tell you to drive a car with problems until it becomes more serious so they can diagnose it? I think they wanted me to drive until the warranty expires. In my fourth time, one of the service guys did recognize my concern, but they refuse to accept it.
Because i know keeping the car would cost me money down the road i tried to give it back or get a more reliable one. Instead they start a trade process, requiring a down payment all over again for a different vehicle.
They did not own their part of the problem, tried to get more money out of me, putting all the cost of faulty car on my pocket, and waisted my time.
[Update]
Before the warranty expires i took it to a Hyundai dealer, they checked the car and the engine and rear differential is on its way out. Took it back to Huggard and Ewing to give the car back, instead of assuming the responsibility for clearly trying to sell a car with problems, they pushed me get another car, which means putting down payment again.
And when you want to talk to the owner, he's nowhere to be found.
Do not deal with them.

Short and Simple version is that they are not honest and do not keep the customer in mind. They only care about themselves. Good luck if you want to try buying from them. Definitely don’t trust their word. Read on for more details:
Called on a car, they said to come down it’s here. Told them I’m getting an Uber from Plymouth now. Paid $120 (total in Ubers to come).
Got there and was told the car just sold. The car may have sold within an hour of talking to them and the car being on the lot for 6 months. However, here is where they went wrong:
* You shouldn’t have told someone to come for a specific car and then sell it to someone else within an hour. If you want ask for a deposit for a hold like normally done.
* I was told the person came in right after our phone call, and that salesman are not allowed to call customers back to let them know the car may be sold as a warning.
* The receptionist lied and said the customer was there awhile and test drove 6 cars before purchasing the one we were coming for. However, I was told by another employee that they came in and only test drove 1 (the one we were coming for).
* They then tried to sell the same type of car we were looking at, that was 2 years older, with body damage, for 2k more! Yes a bit lower mileage but not at all worth 2k more when the car brand new was only 15k in 2019 (Mitsubishi mirage). We wanted the 2021 with no damage for $9990.
* They refused to allow us to speak with the owner or manager to try and work things out and just said we could leave a message.
* For going through all that the company should have tried to be fair and make it right, but they chose the wrong road. :(

They are friendly and worked very hard to get me into a new 2019 Chevrolet equinox. Bronson helped me get all the paper work order and ready to go and they were clear and straightforward about all of the process of getting the SUV and the loan. Made buying a new vehicle easy and stress free. Very happy to have been able to find them and get my new to me SUV. Thank you for your hard work and friendly patience.

Disappointed very Disappointed have had nothing but problems with my 2014 equinox that was purchased in Oct 21. The vehicle has had 2 engines put in. Ridiculous. Picked car up this past Saturday after the 2nd engine was put in and got it home. Sunday The check engine light come on. Brought it to a different mechanic who put it on the lift checked the entire vehicle there was the air pump that was never clamped back in which was causing the check engine light + a lot more bolts missing from under the car which was causing things to be loose + drive shaft was dangerously loose took video and pictures. Not only all of that but there was no coolant and it was down a quart and a half of oil after just having a oil change. The fact that I was able to just drive off the lot in this danger trap is insane. This was in fact repair negligence. The only two people at huggard who were remotly helpful was Kevin and Jose which i only have good things to say about the both of them. but there hands are tied obviously.
